NOTE: this position can be remote anywhere within the United States.

ClickHouse is looking for our first Growth Analyst to build marketing attribution infrastructure and drive product-led growth through data insights. In this role, you'll be the expert on how marketing campaigns influence product signups and revenue, while owning analytics across our entire self-serve funnel. You'll establish attribution frameworks, analyze experiments, and connect marketing investments to growth outcomes. As our first growth analyst, you'll also support broader marketing analytics needs across the organization.

We're looking for someone who thrives on measurement and experimentation. You'll have the opportunity to build attribution systems from the ground up and shape how we understand marketing's impact on product growth alongside a passionate community of ClickHouse users.

What you will do:

  • Build and own multi-touch attribution models that connect marketing campaigns, channels, and touch points to product signups, trial starts, and pipeline
  • Partner with marketing to analyze campaign performance across paid, organic, and community channels—measuring impact on signup volume, user quality, and conversion rates.
  • Establish marketing data pipelines and ensure clean, standardized tracking across web analytics, marketing platforms, and product data.
  • Design, analyze, and interpret A/B tests across the website and product to optimize conversion rates at each funnel stage.
  • Own analytics for the product-led growth funnel: website conversion, signup flows, onboarding, and activation metrics.
  • Support broader marketing analytics needs including content performance, event impact, webinar analysis, and demand generation reporting.
  • Develop and standardize growth and marketing KPIs alongside leadership. Build and maintain a data dictionary for marketing attribution, growth, and product metrics.
  • Create dashboards and reports that track conversion rates, feature adoption, and user behavior. Proactively identify friction points and recommend data-driven experiments to improve performance.
  • Present insights and recommendations to marketing, growth, and leadership teams in a clear, actionable format.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Growth Analyst or Marketing Analyst role with deep attribution expertise.
  • Expert-level SQL skills. Comfortable querying large datasets, building attribution models, and creating funnel analyses. Experience with ClickHouse or similar columnar databases is ideal.
  • Strong experience with Google Analytics and UTM tracking frameworks.
  • Strong experience with marketing attribution methodologies (first-touch, last-touch, multi-touch, data-driven attribution) and tools.
  • Proficiency in Python for statistical analysis, attribution modeling, and data automation.
  • Deep understanding of experimental design, A/B testing methodologies, and statistical significance testing.
  • Skilled in dashboard creation and data visualization with tools like Superset or Preset.
  • Experience working with marketing campaign platforms, customer segmentation, and CRM data.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into clear business insights.
