About Injective Labs

Injective Labs is trailblazing a new dawn for Web3 enabled finance. We are the core contributors to Injective, one of the fastest growing blockchains in the industry.

Injective provides an interoperable smart contracts platform that is optimized for building decentralized finance applications. Interoperability is at the core of Injective, which is natively integrated with chains such as Ethereum, Cosmos and Solana. Developers can rapidly launch premier financial applications suited for mass adoption using Injective’s infrastructure and specialized DeFi primitives such as the world’s first fully on-chain order book.

Our team has decades of experience spearheading the largest financial institutions and tech organizations. Injective is incubated by Binance and is backed by leading firms such as Jump Crypto, Pantera and Mark Cuban.

About the role

As a Growth / Integrations Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in growing the Injective Ecosystem by facilitating partner integrations. We’re seeking for someone highly technical who can work cross-functionally with our product, engineering, and business development teams, as well as external technical partners.

You will be responsible for building components that connect the Injective ecosystem with the broader blockchain landscape and for leading integrations through various environments all the way to production. Success in this role means ensuring integrations are delivered efficiently while maintaining high technical, security, and reliability standards.

Who is this role for?

This role is for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, feels comfortable in highly technical environments, has excellent communications skills, and likes working with high ownership. Most importantly, this role is for someone genuinely passionate about making things work, sharing knowledge, solving problems collaboratively, and continuously learning.

If you consider yourself someone who knows how to take ownership, lead initiatives end-to-end, and at the same time roll up your sleeves and operate as an IC, this role is for you.

If you’re looking for highly structured processes, clearly defined playbooks, or a comfort-zone environment, this role is probably not for you. We move fast, priorities evolve quickly, and we value people who are proactive, adaptable, and drive solutions forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build components that integrate the Injective blockchain with JSON-RPC providers, indexers, wallets, bridges, storage solutions, analytics platforms, and applications

  • Own partner integrations end-to-end, from technical discovery and architecture discussions through testing, deployment, and production support

  • Leverage the existing integration experience to build systems that are intuitive, scalable and highly performant

  • Continuously improve integration tooling and processes, including deployment workflows, testing frameworks, deployment scripts, security controls, monitoring, and alerting

  • Provide prompt and effective technical support to developers by troubleshooting issues, answering technical queries, and assisting with integration challenges

  • Update and maintain our technical documentation

  • Create and deliver comprehensive tutorials, sample code, and other developer resources

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather developer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and influence product roadmap decisions

  • Support developer onboarding initiatives to ensure a seamless experience for teams building within the Injective ecosystem

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent related technical experience

  • Experience working within the blockchain ecosystem, including Layer 1s, Layer 2s, or infrastructure providers such as oracles, bridges, indexers, RPC providers, wallets, or other high-performance blockchain applications

  • Strong expertise in smart contract development, blockchain protocols, and ecosystem tooling

  • Experience building tooling and automation using JavaScript, Golang, and/or Rust

  • Familiarity with CosmWasm is a strong plus

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to participate in technical discussions, reviews, and documentation while conveying complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically with the ability to lead and share knowledge to reach solutions as well as the keenness to learn

  • Familiarity with decentralized finance concepts, protocols, and emerging trends

  • Passion for decentralized technologies and their potential to transform traditional financial systems

  • Collaborative team culture with opportunities for professional growth and development
