Hire Digital is seeking a hands-on Growth Lead & Product Launch Owner (Consumer AI) to help bring a new AI-powered consumer product to market in the US and drive user growth among everyday American consumers. This is a highly execution-focused role for someone who understands how to launch products, acquire users, test growth channels quickly, and scale what works efficiently.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Growth and product team, taking ownership of launch strategy, user acquisition, and early-stage growth execution. You’ll play a key role in building a new revenue engine, shaping go-to-market strategy, and accelerating product adoption in the US market.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in startup environments, moves quickly, and enjoys combining creativity with data to unlock growth.

Employment Type: Full-time (Initial 3-month contract, with potential for extension or conversion)

RequirementsResponsibilities0→1 Product Launch Ownership
  • Build and execute the US go-to-market strategy for a new consumer AI product.
  • Identify ICPs, early adopter audiences, and fastest paths to first traction.
  • Own launch planning across channels including Product Hunt, creator communities, AI forums, and the ChatGPT ecosystem.
  • Translate product capabilities into clear, compelling messaging for mainstream US consumers.
  • Create launch momentum through scrappy, low-cost acquisition opportunities.
Growth Strategy & User Acquisition
  • Own the overall growth roadmap across acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Build and optimise channel mix across paid, organic, influencer, creator, referral, and partnerships.
  • Launch and scale campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Build influencer and creator partnerships to drive awareness and user growth.
Conversion & Funnel Optimisation
  • Test creatives, landing pages, offers, pricing, and messaging to improve conversion rates.
  • Partner with product teams on onboarding, activation, and first-session experience improvements.
  • Optimise user journeys from click → signup → active user → paid conversion.
Growth Economics & Reporting
  • Manage CAC, ROAS, CPA, LTV, and other core growth metrics.
  • Build dashboards and weekly reporting across acquisition channels.
  • Analyse funnel drop-off points and user behaviour trends.
  • Turn data into actionable experiments and clear next steps.
Requirements
  • Proven experience launching or scaling a 0→1 B2C / consumer / self-serve digital product.
  • Strong track record driving measurable user growth, revenue, or activation results.
  • Hands-on experience across paid acquisition, organic growth, and channel testing.
  • Experience owning or supporting product launches and bringing new products to market.
  • Comfortable working independently in lean teams with high ownership.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make fast, data-driven decisions.
  • Startup, app growth, AI, or SaaS experience is highly preferred.
