About Code Metal:

Code Metal is redefining code translation for mission-critical industries, helping defense, automotive, and semiconductor partners move more quickly and reliably from algorithm to silicon. Code Metal’s platform supports rapid feature development and code portability across chip architectures. We’re seeking a semiconductor vertical lead to build strategic relationships across leading microprocessor, SoC and HW platform companies.

The Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Build strategic relationships with microprocessor, SoC and HW platform companies
  • Identify opportunities for Code Metal’s verified code translation platform to target the application layer, enabling further hardware sales
  • Partner with engineering to align platform delivery with customer requirements
  • Manage account growth and long-term success across programs
  • Represent Code Metal at industry conferences and customer demos
  • Explore pricing and licensing models that drive long-term partnerships
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in chip architectures, accelerators, and toolchains

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of BD or customer success experience in microprocessor, SoC, and HW platform companies
  • Proven ability to manage enterprise partnerships and complex technical sales cycles
  • Familiarity with programmability pain points for microprocessors and domain-specific accelerators
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of embedded software/hardware systems
  • US Citizen or permanent resident
  • Remote OK

Benefits
  • Pay depends on experience, but we strive to be at the upper end of the salary range
  • Health care plan with 100% premium coverage, including medical, dental, and vision.
  • 401k with 5% matching.
  • Paid Time Off (Uncapped Vacation, plus Sick & Public Holidays).
  • Flexible hybrid or remote work arrangement.
  • Relocation assistance for qualifying employees.
