The Growth Leader – Digital Transition will spearhead the expansion of our Film & Digital Imaging (F&DI) business, with a specific focus on digital imaging solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of NDT market dynamics, strong customer relationships, and the ability to drive growth across industrial verticals such as aerospace, oil & gas, power generation, manufacturing, and infrastructure.

As a Growth Leader – Digital Transition, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing growth strategies for NDT imaging (film and digital) in global and regional markets.
  • Identifying new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and technology trends.
  • Collaborating with marketing to design go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
  • Building and managing a robust pipeline across target industries and geographies.
  • Driving revenue through key account development, and leading key account pursuit planning.
  • Acting as the voice of the customer to guide product development and innovation.
  • Representing the company at trade shows, technical conferences, and industry forums.
  • Working closely with OEMs, integrators, and inspection service providers.
  • Leading a high-performing team (direct or matrixed) including sales, applications engineering, and marketing.
  • Collaborating with R&D and product management to define roadmap priorities.
  • Setting and tracking KPIs, revenue goals, and growth metrics.
  • Providing regular updates to executive leadership on market insights and business performance.

Fuel your passion
 

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field OR a High School Diploma (or equivalent).
  • Possess 10+ year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Strategy roles in the NDT industry.
  • Possess deep knowledge of X-ray film, digital radiography, computed radiography (CR/DR), and associated NDT workflows.
  • Possess a strong industry network and proven track record in B2B industrial sales.
  • Have excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Be willing to travel internationally (30–50%).
