About the role

The Growth Manager role will report directly to our Head of Growth Management. This is a role that works closely with our clients, as well as our leadership team — giving this individual a lot of autonomy and ownership of the success of our clients and relationships.

On a day-to-day basis, you’d be responsible for managing client relationships, being in charge of the overall strategy of the accounts, and working with our team to help achieve outcomes for our clients.

Primary responsibilities:
  • You will be the key point of contact for clients and will be responsible for building a long and lasting relationship.

  • You will lead the strategy, and the day-to-day running of client accounts across paid-search and paid-social channels, ensuring the delivery of great, effective performance results.

  • You are the most organized members on the team – you know everything that’s happening on your accounts, communicate details to all the stakeholders, and able to be in the details.

  • You are effective at troubleshooting performance dips in ad-spend, communicating your progress with stakeholders, and orchestrating solutions to the identified problem.

  • You will be the champion of the experimentation process in order to drive more account learnings.

  • You will work with the paid-social and paid-search team to implement the strategy and build a feedback loop that improves the strategy over time.

  • You will identify key opportunities for growth, and potential blockers of good performance for the client accounts

  • You will align the team on messaging and goals for weekly client meetings, and orchestrate the overall strategy for how we approach our relationships with clients.

  • You will have an ongoing awareness of the dynamics of performance marketing and provide insight on how to leverage it.

About you:
  • You have 3+ years of direct account management experience in advertising.

  • You’re excited about creating processes, spreadsheets, and templates.

  • You’re an excellent communicator and collaborator, and think deeply about oxford commas

  • You’re analytical, can fit a growth formula in your head, and use data/analytics tools effectively (e.g. Amplitude, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, etc.)

  • You have experience in managing budgets in paid search and paid social advertising.
