About Archive

Join Archive in our mission to change consumer shopping behavior for the better. If you think humans buy too much stuff and throw too much away, then this problem is for you. As the leading technology platform for branded resale, we now power circular businesses for 50+ brands globally including Lululemon, The North Face and New Balance.

We are growing our team of highly motivated, forward-thinking individuals to help build the most delightful user experience for shopping used items, and the software to help brands make this a significant part of their business. If this mission speaks to you, come join us as we grow our share of the booming second hand market—projected to grow 3X faster than the overall global apparel market and to hit $350 Billion globally by 2028.

About this role

As a Growth Manager at Archive, you’ll own day-to-day growth and performance for a portfolio of brand partners, acting as a trusted advisor and operator as they scale their resale businesses. You’ll work closely with brands to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and turn insights into action — from forecasting growth to implementing revenue-driving initiatives.

This is a highly cross-functional, data-driven role for someone who enjoys blending analysis with relationship management. You’ll partner with other Growth Team members as well as, Sales, Product, and Marketing to help brands unlock more value from resale while delivering a seamless, high-quality partner experience. This person should be excited by retail, e-commerce, and sustainability — and want to make a measurable impact in a fast-growing environment.

What you'll do
  • Serve as a consultant and advisor to brand partners, helping grow their resale businesses through performance analysis, opportunity identification, and execution of improvement strategies, in close collaboration with Growth Directors to align on account strategy and execution.

  • Own growth and expansion within your portfolio, exceeding quarterly and annual peformance targets by selling the business case for resale and identifying upsell opportunities in partnership with Sales and cross-functional teams.

  • Maintain financial models and forecasts to assess program performance, evaluate initiatives, and demonstrate ROI

  • Develop and execute revenue growth strategies while ensuring programs meet or exceed profitability targets

  • Monitor key e-commerce KPIs and business performance metrics, translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with brand partners through structured communication and regular touchpoints

  • Advocate for resale as a meaningful revenue driver and marketing channel within brand organizations

  • Ensure a seamless and positive brand experience, bringing in the right Archive stakeholders as needed

  • Travel occasionally for brand meetings and internal collaboration (remote role, US-based; NYC & SF office available)

What we are looking for
  • 4+ years of experience in consulting, e-commerce, finance, corporate strategy, or another analytical, growth-oriented role

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience forecasting revenue, assessing profitability, and developing data-driven recommendations

  • Comfort using spreadsheets to analyze performance, and support business cases

  • Experience working directly with external customers or partners, building trusted relationships and influencing decisions

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and retail KPIs and how they connect to revenue and profitability

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including presenting insights to internal teams and engaging confidently with brand stakeholders

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Passion for retail, resale, and sustainability, with excitement about Archive’s mission and impact

Bonus Experience:

  • Experience working with apparel, footwear, or consumer brands

  • Familiarity with resale, recommerce, or circular business models

  • Background at a high-growth startup or early-stage company
