Own Clipster’s marketing channels end to end, with a focus on generating measurable client demand. Responsibilities include SEO strategy and execution, email marketing, organic content, copywriting, brand search advertising, budget ownership, channel reporting, and discontinuing ineffective initiatives. The role is the company’s first dedicated marketing hire and requires independent prioritization, hands-on execution, and close collaboration with leadership, demand generation, brand, content, and product teams.
Growth Marketer
Tagline: Own every marketing channel Clipster has, and prove what each one is worth.
Experience: 3+ years
About ClipsterClipster is where brands and creators connect to turn views into profits. 460,000+ creators, 165B+ verified views, 2,850+ successful campaigns.
The roleClipster has grown on word of mouth. That has taken us a long way, but it is not a channel we control, cannot be forecast, and cannot be turned up when we need more pipeline.
This is the first marketing hire that owns channels end to end, and the job is lead generation: bring us client demand we can count and repeat. You decide what we do, what we say and where we say it, then build it and show what it produced. You will not be handed a playbook, and there is nobody above you in marketing to check the work.
You will work directly with our Founder, COO, the Demand team, our Brand & Content Lead and the product team. Small remote team, no layers, decisions in minutes.
- Decide which marketing initiatives are worth doing, in what order, and make the call on what we stop
- Own SEO end to end: site structure, technical health, keyword and topic strategy, briefs, on-page copy, internal linking
- Own our email to clients and creators: product updates, launches, and the messages that keep both sides active
- Own organic content on the website, from what gets published to what it produces
- Write the copy that carries the channels: ads, landing and website pages, and email
- Run brand search ads. We are starting small and deliberately simple, and you own the budget and the cost per qualified lead
- Report on what each channel actually produced and kill what does not work
- 3+ years in a generalist marketing role
- Hands-on with SEO, and comfortable running brand search ads. You have done the work yourself, not briefed someone else to do it
- Excellent writing in English. You can explain a product change so a creator gets it in one read, and write an ad that people click
- Comfortable being the only person who owns a channel, with no one above you to check the work
- You measure your own work and can show what moved
- Bonus: creator economy or marketplace background
- Competitive salary
- Flexible time off
- Remote-first
- $1,000 home office bonus
- Annual education stipend
- Screening interview
- Conversation with the COO
- Conversation with the founder
- Paid part-time trial
