This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for a Growth Marketer. They operate in the ecommerce and digital consumer space and have grown substantially over the past few years by strengthening their online presence and refining high-performing marketing systems. This position will support their next stage of scale by optimizing existing infrastructure, expanding creative testing volume, and driving measurable revenue growth.

Responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of an already established marketing ecosystem, focusing on optimization, integration, and consistent execution rather than building from scratch.

  • Manage creative testing cycles for multiple product categories, producing and launching significant volumes of new ad creatives each week aligned with Meta’s current Andromeda optimization model.

  • Coordinate creative sourcing from UGC creators, internal assets, and editing teams, ensuring a constant flow of fresh variations.

  • Plan and run weekly creative sprints, prioritizing top-selling product families and aligning testing with performance indicators.

  • Launch new ad variations into awareness and conversion campaigns, monitor performance signals, and scale or deactivate creatives based on data.

  • Relaunch and manage Meta Ads campaigns across the full funnel (TOF, MOF, BOF), controlling budgets, testing frameworks, and content rotation.

  • Oversee Google Ads, focusing on branded search, shopping, retargeting, and lower-funnel intent capture.

  • Build and optimize Klaviyo flows, including welcome sequences, abandoned flows, post-purchase, upsells, reactivation, and bilingual variants.

  • Improve CRM automation and call routing in Go High Level — designing logic for language detection, intent tiering, and routing rules supporting automated or human follow-up.

  • Review behavioral and funnel data from Shopify, Microsoft Clarity, and ad platforms to identify friction points and recommend CRO improvements.

  • Develop actionable tickets for technical updates based on UX issues, trust signals, merchandising gaps, or layout needs.

  • Maintain creative calendars, performance dashboards, SKU-level creative inventories, and rollout schedules.

  • Deliver weekly reporting covering ROAS, CPA, CVR, Klaviyo contributions, GHL call performance, and creative-level ROI.

  • Support quarterly planning by identifying new angles, creative opportunities, funnel improvements, and seasonal initiatives.

Requirements
  • Hands-on experience (1–3+ years) managing Meta and Google Ads with proven performance results.

  • Demonstrated ability to run structured creative testing and interpret performance metrics.

  • Experience with Klaviyo or similar platforms to build and manage automated email flows.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Go High Level or comparable tools.

  • Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs, paid media scaling, and behavior-based segmentation.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.

  • Comfortable working in a data-driven, fast-moving environment.

Qualifications
  • Practical experience handling paid acquisition, performance tracking, and multi-channel marketing execution.

  • Ability to move quickly while maintaining clarity, organization, and precision.

  • Excellent communication skills and a coachable, self-starting attitude.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage creative volume at scale.

  • Interest in working with bilingual audiences and cultural micro-segments.

  • Ideally experienced with CRO tools, UGC workflows, or Hispanic market campaigns (not required).

Benefits
  • Full-time role.

  • 100% remote position.

  • Opportunity to work with a high-growth ecommerce brand with strong operational foundations.

  • Autonomy, creative involvement, and a high-impact role directly tied to revenue growth.
