Job Description 

Eagle Eye Networks is hiring a Growth Marketing Associate to support the execution and optimization of demand generation campaigns and programs. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, this role will assist in managing day-to-day campaign execution, reporting, and measurement to ensure our programs are delivering the intended results. The ideal candidate has more than 3 years of hands-on experience, whether in-house or at an agency, is self-driven and has a solution-oriented mindset. This position is based in our Austin, TX office and requires being in the office 5 days per week. 

Responsibilities Include: 

• Execute day-to-day digital marketing campaigns across email, paid media, and social channels.
• Collaborate with the Eagle Eye Networks marketing team to develop campaign assets and ensure campaigns are aligned with our brand efforts. 
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports on key engagement metrics.
• Conduct basic research on audiences, competitors, and trends to inform campaign execution.
• Assist in managing lead flow between campaigns and HubSpot/CRM systems.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered error-free, on time, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Advise on shifts in program audiences, keyword mix, channels, tactics, and media partners based on performance.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in the B2B space.
• Experience with global campaign setup, execution, tracking, and analysis using a variety of external and internal reporting tools.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills. 
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, an analytical mind-set.
• Self-directed, proactive and able to define and execute projects independently.
• Working knowledge of a customer relationship management solution (CRM), Zoho, Google Suite, Excel, Hubspot, Monday.com or similar tools preferred.
• Experience in the Security sector a plus.

• Accuracy and timeliness of campaign execution.
• Engagement performance (open rates, CTR, landing page conversions).
• Contribution to Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) generation.
• Campaign reporting delivered consistently and accurately.
• Demonstrated growth in skills and independence over time.
