  • Manage multiple deliverables at once, prioritizing based on performance data and business needs
  • Partner with performance marketing to test, iterate, and double down on what’s working

Requirements:

  • 3+ years focused on content marketing specifically, including hands-on experience overseeing organic social and other owned content channels
  • Bring a pragmatic mindset, caring more about performance and resonance than polish for polish's sake
  • Roll up your sleeves as a genuine doer who gets things done
  • Use AI and other modern tools to produce creative work efficiently
  • Stay genuinely curious about people, including what motivates them, what resonates with them, and why
  • Bring hands-on creative production experience, such as video editing or content creation
  • Lean on data to guide creative decisions, pulling insights from surveys, intake data, and performance metrics
  • Manage complexity across multiple projects and formats while thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Care deeply about mental health and feel energized by mission-driven work that actually changes lives
  • Social media power user with a pulse on trends
