About the role

We're seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to build and lead Momos' growth marketing function, turning growth marketing into a measurable, scalable revenue engine.

You'll own full-funnel acquisition and pipeline growth across paid, SEO/SEM, lifecycle, ABM, and other high-impact channels — running structured experiments, building the measurement framework, and translating results into scalable programs that show what's actually driving pipeline and revenue.

This role also leads our existing growth marketing team in SEA, and works closely with senior leadership to connect growth activity to broader business strategy — turning experiments, market trends, and results into a clear narrative on what's working and where to invest next.

The ideal candidate is analytical and commercially minded, strategic and hands-on — equally comfortable in funnel analysis, team coaching, and executive storytelling.

Location: West Coast, USA / SEA team collaboration

Key Responsibilities

Build the Growth Engine

  • Own full-funnel growth strategy — acquisition, activation, conversion, revenue — across paid, SEO/SEM, lifecycle, and ABM.
  • Establish the growth operating model: KPIs, reporting, experimentation frameworks, attribution, performance cadence.
  • Run structured experiments across channels, offers, messaging, and journeys; kill what fails, scale what works.
  • Build growth metrics infrastructure (funnel tracking, attribution, CAC/LTV, pipeline velocity, ROI) with RevOps/Data.
  • Maintain a clear view of which activities drive pipeline/revenue and where to invest next.

Lead & Develop the Team

  • Lead the existing growth team — set ownership, priorities, and performance standards.
  • Coach team members into strategic marketers, not just executors.
  • Build a high-accountability, experimentation-driven culture.
  • Identify capability gaps and scale team/process/vendor resources as needed.
  • Manage external vendors and agencies across paid, lifecycle, and SEO/SEM.

Partner With Sales, Product & Leadership

  • Run ABM programs with Sales and Product Marketing against key accounts, with clear conversion targets.
  • Align growth programs with Sales, Product, Data, and RevOps on commercial objectives.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to leadership on growth strategy and customer insights.
  • Turn data into a clear, compelling business narrative for leadership.
  • Challenge assumptions constructively while maintaining alignment and execution.

Own Performance & Commercial Impact

  • Own performance reporting — ROI, CAC, lead quality, conversion, pipeline velocity, revenue contribution — as the core output of the role.
  • Maintain a live optimization backlog focused on highest-impact opportunities.
  • Show a clear, measurable link between growth spend and revenue.
  • Represent growth at a small number of high-leverage field events/conferences annually, with logistics handled by coordinators or vendors.
  • Serve as brand steward for messaging consistency across channels.

Requirements
  • 5–8+ years in growth, demand gen, or full-funnel marketing at fast-growing SaaS/tech companies, including experience building or scaling a growth function, team, or operating model.
  • Demonstrated ownership of funnel economics (CAC, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, LTV, ROI, revenue contribution) and a track record running structured experiments with a test-learn-kill-scale mindset.
  • Experience across paid, SEO/SEM, lifecycle, and ABM, with strong commercial judgment to separate activity from real impact; field marketing is a plus, not a requirement.
  • Experience managing and developing marketing talent, comfortable partnering with senior, opinionated stakeholders.
  • Excellent executive communication and storytelling skills, plus strong project management and cross-functional alignment.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity across Pacific and SEA time zones, with occasional travel for select field events. Vertical SaaS experience (hospitality tech, customer engagement platforms) preferred.
