Enverus is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategy and integrated marketing execution for a portfolio of solutions serving the energy industry.
In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and executing revenue - focused marketing plays that drive pipeline growth, product adoption, and customer engagement. You'll partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Experiences and subject matter experts to develop campaigns that connect market insights with measurable business results.
This is an ideal opportunity for a marketer who enjoys balancing strategy with execution, thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to directly influence pipeline and revenue growth.
Performance Objectives
  • Lead go-to-market strategy and marketing plans for assigned product lines.
  • Develop and execute full - funnel marketing campaigns that generate pipeline and accelerate revenue.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate product positioning into compelling customer campaigns.
  • Lead cross - campaign planning with internal teams .
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize programs.
  • Identify new growth opportunities through market trends, customer insights and competitive analysis.
  • Support product launches, market expansions and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to align marketing programs with pipeline priorities and revenue goals.

Competitive Candidate Profile
  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B technology or SaaS marketing.
  • Proven experience building and executing growth marketing programs across multiple channels.
  • Experience developing go-to-market strategies for software products or solutions.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, lead management and marketing funnel optimization.
  • Experience partnering closely with sales organizations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and ROI.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in the energy industry considered an asset.
