We are seeking a skilled Growth Marketing Manager with extensive experience in the U.S. sports trading, sports contracts, prediction markets, and derivatives products industry to lead and optimize digital acquisition campaigns across key paid channels for a B2C facing role. In this position, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and refining high-impact campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and lifetime value in a competitive, regulated market. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who understands the nuances of sports-contract customers, derivatives, prediction markets, and the performance strategies that yield substantial results within the sports trading industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution & Optimization:
- Develop, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google (Search & Display), Meta, programmatic platforms, YouTube, and emerging sports enthusiast platforms.
-Manage daily budgets, bids, and pacing to maximize ROI and user acquisition within CPA targets.
-Customize creative and messaging in accordance with regional regulations, sports calendars, and user intent.
-Utilize data to segment users by behavior, geography, interest, or device to enhance targeting efficiency.
-Integrate internal and third-party data sources to refine audience targeting and boost campaign performance.
Measurement & Reporting:
- Monitor campaign performance utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, Adjust, and platform-specific dashboards.
-Produce comprehensive reports on KPIs including CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and LTV.
-Provide actionable insights to cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and compliance departments.
Compliance & Market Sensitivity:
-Ensure all marketing activities are compliant with state-level regulations and partner requirements.
-Stay informed about legal landscapes, industry trends, and competitor activities within sports trading and derivatives markets.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing for the sports trading industry, with a minimum of 1 year specifically in sports trading, sports contracts, prediction markets, or U.S. derivatives products.
- Proven track record managing acquisition campaigns with seven-figure budgets across multiple states.
- Expertise in paid channels such as Google Ads, Meta, programmatic DSPs, and other ad platforms.
- Strong understanding of attribution modeling, A/B testing, and customer lifecycle in the sports trading space.
- Robust analytical skills with a performance-oriented mindset.
- Experience collaborating with creative, compliance, and data teams.
- Deep knowledge of U.S. sports culture, major leagues (NFL, NBA, MLB, NCAA), and seasonal trends.
- Experience with mobile app acquisition and app store optimization (ASO).
- Familiarity with sports trading CRM, email marketing, or retention/lifecycle strategies.
- Experience utilizing geofencing or location-based targeting.
- Passion for sports trading, prediction markets, and derivatives, with a personal interest in the sports betting industry.
