Why Uniti
Real estate is labor heavy, operationally complex, and still running on phone queues, tickets, and a dozen disconnected tools. The industry spends over a trillion dollars a year on headcount, and much of it is the same job repeated millions of times across geographies and properties.
Uniti is the agentic AI platform for real estate operators. Our agents handle sales, support, maintenance, collections, reviews, renewals, payments, and data analysis across voice, SMS, email, and chat. They sit on top of the systems operators already run and do the work.
About 100 operators across five verticals run on Uniti today. Last month our agents handled 300,000 conversations, roughly 15x the volume a year earlier. In July we raised a $12M Series A led by Pathlight, with MetaProp, Prudence, Flex Capital, Alate, and angels including Lenny Rachitsky, Gokul Rajaram, and OpenAI's Romain Huet.
About the Role
On the back of 6x YoY growth, we raised our Series A and are tripling headcount this year. This is a hands-on generalist marketing role with a particular bias toward content, product marketing, and lifecycle marketing. We're roughly 40 people across self-storage, manufactured housing, multifamily, senior living, and coworking, and marketing today is a team of one reporting directly to our CEO and co-founder.
This is our second marketing hire. You'll work directly with our CEO, Head of Marketing, and growth team to build the content, product marketing, launches, website, events, and campaigns that carry Uniti into the market. The story we tell this year shapes what the category looks like when Uniti is the obvious answer.
We're building AI agents that work across every channel and use case, and they're radically transforming how real estate operators run their business. Your job is to make sure the market knows it. You're AI-literate: comfortable picking up a new tool mid-project and using AI to move faster on video, copy, and interactive content, without ever producing something that reads like AI wrote it.
Representative Projects
Multi-channel content machine. The always-on output that runs independent of any single launch: blog posts, short-form video, newsletters, and social. You'll build and run the content calendar that keeps it moving, produced fast with AI-native tools.
Product launch kits. When we ship a new agent, integration, or feature, you'll help it land with the right mix of assets: a short video, a customer email, updated web copy, and talking points for sales.
Dynamic marketing videos. Short, high-quality videos that showcase real UX: the actual agent conversation, the actual workflow, the actual result. An operator should understand what an agent does in 30 seconds, without booking a demo.
Events and executive presence. You'll help us stand out, create content around the moments that matter, and turn events into conversations and pipeline.
What You'll Own
The editorial calendar and content machine across social, email, digital, and live events. Using AI tools to move fast, you'll create clear, compelling content that engages prospects and moves them to act.
Product marketing. Partner with our product team to shape messaging and positioning for our agents, integrations, and feature releases.
The website. Keep it current with our latest copy and graphics, optimize it for clarity, and make sure it answers prospects' questions intuitively and turns visits into leads. The goal is to make it our best sales asset.
Customer case studies, produced with our growth and customer success teams. Mostly written, with video reserved for flagship accounts, published the week the customer signs off.
Sales enablement assets that shorten the sales cycle: one-pagers, microsites, cold outbound, and competitive intelligence alerts.
Lifecycle email marketing, including our monthly newsletter.
Paid experiments across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google, in partnership with our Head of Marketing.
Clean HubSpot lists and segmentation, in partnership with our go-to-market engineer, so sales gets clear, timely buyer-intent signals they can act on.
What You Have
Strong writing. You can make a complex product feel simple and write copy that sounds like a person, not a template.
AI-native instincts. You reach for tools like Lovable, AI video and editing platforms, and whatever comes next to build content, microsites, and interactive experiences faster than the old way.
2 to 5 years in demand gen, content, product marketing, or growth marketing at a high-growth AI or B2B SaaS startup.
A portfolio we can see that shows you know how to talk to an audience: landing pages, short-form video, case studies, launch campaigns. Links to real work, not strategy decks.
Video marketing skills (and/or aptitude). You create polished product videos using screen recording and AI video tools to show our product and UX in action.
Comfort with the stack: Framer (our CMS), HubSpot (marketing automation and CRM), Lovable, LinkedIn, and Figma-adjacent tools for briefing designers. Bonus if you've stood up a site or microsite from scratch.
Who You Are
You want to be at an early-stage startup. You know what hypergrowth feels like, or you're ready to find out.
You're a multi-disciplinary marketer. You bring real depth in a couple of areas and pick up the rest fast. The scope here is wide on purpose, and not every piece carries equal weight.
You're a learner. Willing to get your hands dirty and happy to pick up a new tool mid-project because it's the fastest way to the outcome.
You take ownership. You scope a launch from scratch and get every piece live. You don't wait for a brief.
You're collaborative and independent. You pull in product, CS, and our Head of Marketing at the right moments, but you don't need to be managed through a deadline.
You ship fast and iterate. The 80% version this week beats the polished one next quarter.
