ABOUT THE ROLE

Wand is in a critical phase of growth, and we are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help accelerate our expansion. In this role, you'll lead key initiatives across the entire funnel, from driving awareness to improving activation, conversion, and retention. You will guide our performance marketing efforts while partnering with agencies or specialists for execution, and you’ll help shape and scale additional growth channels including organic content, SEO, influencers, and lifecycle programs. The role is cross functional, experiment driven, and focused on building sustainable long term growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Wand’s growth strategy across acquisition, activation, and retention, acting as the anchor that unifies efforts across marketing, product, and creative

  • Own day to day growth planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple channels, partnering closely with agencies or specialists for hands on buying

  • Develop and run experiments across the funnel, from messaging and creative to landing pages and onboarding flows

  • Translate insights from data, research, and user behavior into clear growth opportunities and action plans

  • Partner with creative operations to define briefs, shape concepts, and ensure a strong testing cadence across ads and in product experiences

  • Collaborate with product and data teams to identify friction points, improve conversion, and uncover new growth loops

  • Work with CRM on lifecycle and re engagement initiatives to support activation and retention

  • Build and maintain performance dashboards, identifying patterns and opportunities without needing to be a deep analyst

  • Help shape the long term growth playbook and contribute to strategy as we scale the marketing function

What You Need

  • 4–7 years of experience in growth, marketing, or a related role at a fast paced consumer or gaming company

  • Competency in paid acquisition fundamentals (Meta, Google) with experience managing or partnering on campaigns, even if not a channel specialist

  • Strong experimentation mindset with the ability to design tests, interpret results, and iterate quickly

  • Comfort working across functions and aligning multiple teams toward shared growth targets

  • Solid analytical instincts, using data to make decisions without needing advanced technical depth

  • Ability to operate autonomously, set priorities, and drive impact

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to turn insights into clear direction

Nice-to-Haves

  • Passion for gaming, internet culture, and digital communities

  • Background in subscription, freemium, or multi channel consumer funnels

  • Experience with creative testing frameworks

  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Customer.io

  • Experience with onboarding flows, user education, or activation

  • Exposure to SEO, community driven growth, or influencer programs

  • Experience building processes and systems for an early stage marketing team
