I'm looking for someone who's ready to get in the trenches with me to build something great. Someone who's energized by the opportunity to own growth as a key partner in the business - not just execute campaigns - but help shape strategy, test new channels, and build systems that scale. This role requires wearing a lot of different hats and bringing strong analytical skills to everything you do. You'll need to be comfortable moving between strategic planning and hands-on execution, while always letting data guide your decisions.

If you're motivated by meaningful impact, love working across the full marketing stack, and want to help transform the world for small business entrepreneurs, I'd love to work with you.

About the Role

This role blends hands-on-keyboard execution with high-level strategy - you'll be working across the full marketing stack while helping shape our overall growth approach.

You'll execute across paid media, CRM, social, influencer partnerships, affiliate programs, sales enablement, website marketing, and product marketing. You'll also guide creative development, manage agency relationships, and help build the systems that attract, nurture, and retain members across our portfolio of brands.

This is an exciting opportunity to step in as a key driver of growth for the business - turning ideas into campaigns, campaigns into insights, and insights into better systems. You'll work closely with brand, creative, and cross-functional teammates in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
