About Solace

Healthcare in the U.S. is fundamentally broken. The system is so complex that 88% of U.S. adults do not have the health literacy necessary to navigate it without help. Solace cuts through the red tape of healthcare by pairing patients with expert advocates and giving them the tools to make better decisions—and get better outcomes.

We're a Series C startup, founded in 2022 and backed by Inspired Capital, Craft Ventures, Torch Capital, Menlo Ventures, Signalfire, and IVP. Our U.S. based team is lean, mission-driven, and growing quickly.

Solace isn't a place to coast. We're here to redefine healthcare—and that demands urgency, precision, and heart. If you're looking to stretch yourself, sharpen your edge, and do the best work of your life alongside a team that cares deeply, you're in the right place. We’re intense, and we like it that way.

About the Role

As a Growth Product Designer at Solace, you will own the design of our acquisition funnel - the critical first touchpoint where patients discover, understand, and choose Solace.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role focused on turning curiosity into action. You’ll design experiences that drive conversion across landing pages, onboarding flows, and key entry points into the product - balancing brand, clarity, and performance at every step.

You will operate at the intersection of product, marketing, and data, translating insights into fast, iterative design decisions that measurably improve outcomes.

This role is for designers who think in systems, obsess over drop-off points, and see every pixel as an opportunity to improve conversion.

You will be held to high standards - but you’ll do some of the most meaningful and visible work of your career here.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and optimize the end-to-end acquisition funnel

  • Translate complex healthcare concepts into clear, compelling, and high-converting experiences

  • Rapidly generate, test, and iterate on concepts based on data, user behavior, and experimentation

  • Partner closely with growth, marketing, product, and engineering to launch and refine experiments that drive measurable impact

  • Identify friction points, drop-offs, and opportunities across the funnel - and proactively propose solutions

  • Balance speed and craft - knowing when to ship fast and when to refine for maximum impact

  • Contribute to and evolve a performance-minded design system that supports rapid experimentation without sacrificing brand quality

  • Ensure high-quality implementation and consistency across all touchpoints

What You Bring to the Table

  • Comfort with ambiguity

  • Curiosity for all things beautiful: while we do not design for design's sake, your appreciation for the finer details matters. Good design isn't noticed, but felt; you deeply understand this concept

  • A strong eye for craft and detail

  • Intuition on what it takes to create delightful, consumer-oriented experiences

  • Exceptional skills with design tools: fluency in Figma is imperative

  • A bias toward action and execution: you get restless if you’re not sketching concepts, tweaking flows, or polishing the designs that represent the big-thinking work

  • Great communication skills that help you work with product and engineering to make product visions come to life

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience designing consumer web products for desktop and mobile

  • An online portfolio of your work

Who We Are

We are a team of ambitious individuals who are passionate about putting healthcare back into the hands of patients. At Solace, you will have a steep learning curve and an unparalleled opportunity to contribute to one of the fastest-growing healthcare startups in the U.S. The work you do here will have a noticeable and direct impact on the development of the company.

Applicants must be based in the United States.

Up for the Challenge?

We look forward to meeting you.
