InfluxData is looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Growth PM to join our Marketing team. This is a high-impact role where you’ll deliver comprehensive website strategies that increase awareness, drive customer acquisition, and improve product adoption. This role will function as both a Product Manager of Influxdata.com and driver of thoughtful CX journeys for discovery of InfluxData’s solutions.

Your mission will be to build a pipeline of high-impact, high-velocity web optimizations, page redesigns, and experiments that will drive measurable business results and create world-class web experiences for our users.

Responsibilities

  • Own the InfluxData website as a growth channel, including conversion rate optimization, site performance, and user experience improvements to drive developer signups and product adoption

  • Design and execute marketing experiments focused on product-led growth motions and lead generation; source and prioritize test ideas with cross-functional teams, design and execute A/B tests, analyze results, and implement successful experiments

  • Develop and execute a technical SEO/GEO roadmap focused on improving crawlability, indexability, structured data, and InfluxData's discoverability in AI-powered search results to drive organic growth

  • Own the web development roadmap, managing priorities and projects that balance conversion optimization, technical improvements, and new capabilities

  • Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and test results to identify what's working and what needs to change

  • Establish regular reporting cadence to communicate website performance, organic growth metrics, and experiment results to leadership and cross-functional teams

  • Understand B2B SaaS marketing and sales motions to drive cross-functional success

Requirements

  • 4+ years of growth product management experience; particularly in a fast-paced product-led growth environment

  • Deep analytical aptitude, with the ability to independently analyze data identify growth opportunities, and make actionable decisions

  • Expertise with hypotheses-driven website experimentation and its relevant toolstack including Google Analytics, A/B testing tools, design collaboration tools like Figma, and content management systems like Contentful or Sanity. SQL/Python is a plus

  • Working knowledge of GEO/AEO principles and modern search optimization tactics for AI-powered search engines

  • Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to lead complex, multi-quarter, cross-functional projects.

  • Bias for action with strong ability to work autonomously—you identify opportunities, make decisions quickly with imperfect information, and ship iteratively rather than waiting for perfect conditions. Genuine empathy for developers and excitement about building products they'll love

Our team values diversity in background and experiences. We do our best work when we create space for different ideas and perspectives - whatever unique background you have, we look forward to getting to learn from each other.
