GROWTH PROGRAM MANAGER
Location: Remote, USA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $104,000 – $130,000 (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp - Range may vary based on experience.

SUMMARY
The Growth Program Manager leads the execution of cross-functional programs that drive revenue growth and successful product commercialization. Partnering with senior leaders and General Managers, the Program Manager will coordinate go-to-market efforts, manage interdependencies across workstreams, and ensure alignment from planning through launch and beyond. The role also supports AI commercialization initiatives and contribute to other high-priority programs that impact overall business performance.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the planning, governance and end-to-end execution of Commercial Execution Programs, ensuring delivery against OneStream's multi-product strategy and enabling durable, efficient revenue growth.
- Drive alignment and coordination across Commercial Execution Sponsors and cross-functional teams to manage dependencies across complex programs, projects, and workstreams.
- Lead the AI team and cross-functional business teams through the execution of AI strategic initiatives, operational efficiency initiatives, and AI commercialization and product launches.
- Support and deliver additional high-priority projects and initiatives that drive business impact.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders, providing regular updates and progress reports.
- Collaborate and communicate with executives and department heads to align commercial and AI strategies with business objectives.
- Provide leadership across initiatives by building and motivating teams to meet goals, uphold accountabilities, and achieve milestones.
- Facilitate the collection of requirements and activities to inform detailed program and project plans.
- Facilitate internal and cross-functional “go”/”no go” decisions for key phase transitions.
- Understand and manage interdependencies between technology, commercialization, and business priorities.
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with initiative stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Monitor, track, and control program outcomes, proactively resolving issues, risks, conflicts, and dependencies.
- Provide initiative transparency through comprehensive status reporting on milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, with clear communication to
- Report on program success criteria, outcomes, and performance metrics.
- Evolve processes, tools, and metrics to improve commercial execution, AI operations, productivity, and quality.
- Remain compliant with company policies, processes, and legal guidelines.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant combination of education and experience.
- 5-8 years of experience in project management, governance, and leading change and innovation.
- Experience overseeing multi projects simultaneously.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Both business and technical project management experience
- Experience leading or supporting end-to-end product launches, including go-to-market planning, cross-functional readiness, and post-launch optimization
