Acting as the architect of these initiatives, you translate GTM leadership priorities and target business KPIs into structured execution, connecting business requirements with tech delivery, serving as a strategic bridge and an agile incubator, facilitating rapid prototyping and validation of new workflows.

What You'll Bring
- GTM & Business Methodology: 2+ years of experience within high-growth GTM teams or providing strategic services to revenue functions (Marketing, Sales, Customer Growth). You possess a deep understanding of business methodologies, sales cycles, and the modern revenue engine..
- Agentic Architecture experience - Proven hands-on experience designing and building within AI ecosystems. You are comfortable architecting Multi-Agent Systems (MAS) and designing autonomous agentic layers.
- Rapid Prototyping: Ability to take a concept from a high-level flow to a functional V1 prototype. You should be skilled in creating functional mockups and live demos through vibe coding tools.
- Orchestration & Tooling: Experience with AI orchestration tools and development frameworks.
- CRM & Data Layers: Power-user knowledge of HubSpot or Salesforce as an application layer, and a high-level understanding of data warehouse structures (Snowflake).
- Project Management: Proven ability to translate abstract leadership priorities into structured project scopes, requirements, and executable plans. You excel at managing complex, cross-functional implementations and technical delivery timelines.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to navigate a global organization and align executive vision with tech feasibility.

Responsibilities: Discovery, Architecture & Incubation
- Requirement Gathering & Scope Definition: Partner with GTM leadership to gather complex business requirements. Define clear project objectives, use cases, and success metrics (KPIs) while ensuring initiatives stay aligned with top-down priorities.
- Functional Architecture: Translate leadership vision into structured operational blueprints and business process flows that define how AI solutions will function within the GTM engine.
- Feasibility & Analysis: Lead "buy vs. build" assessments, evaluating market solutions against internal development capabilities to ensure the best path for the business.
- V1 Incubation: Build and validate initial prototypes (V1s) using low-code/no-code and agentic platforms to prove value and de-risk the project before scaling.
- Scope Integrity: Maintain clarity of scope throughout the execution lifecycle, preventing "project drift" and ensuring technical execution meets the original business intent.
- Partnerships: Serve as the primary functional partner for the tech teams to bring AI solutions to production.
- Requirement Synthesis: Translate gathered business needs into structured tech requirements, blueprints, and roadmap alignments.
- Coordinate implementation: timelines and iteration cycles, ensuring that the final tech delivery matches the functional design and business methodologies.
- Adoption Planning: Partner with RevOps and GTM leadership to design rollout strategies, communication plans, and enablement materials.
- Feedback Loops: Establish rapid iteration cycles based on field feedback to continuously optimize AI solution performance.
- Impact Tracking: Partner with Data, Analytics and Insights teams on the reporting of core KPIs (e.g., conversion, cost-per-meeting, attainment), ensuring measurable ROI for every initiative.
