About the Role & Hiring Manager

I joined Zenity because of the momentum, strong enterprise traction, growing market buzz, and a product defining a new security category. After meeting the executive team, it was clear this is a company building something significant. The opportunity to scale enablement at this stage of growth was one I didn’t want to miss.

As a leader, I value ownership, high standards, and direct feedback. We align on outcomes and priorities, and then I give you the space to build. I expect initiative, clarity of thought, and measurable impact, not hand-holding. We stay aligned through regular 1:1s and weekly team meetings, but you’re expected to run your business.

This role plays a critical part in our next phase of growth. As we scale our global GTM organization, onboarding becomes a growth lever, not a checklist. You’ll architect and scale a high-impact onboarding engine that accelerates ramp, builds deep product conviction, and drives consistent excellence across sellers, partners, and technical GTM teams.

About Zenity

Zenity is the leader in AI Agent Security and the first company to bring an agent-centric security platform to market. As enterprises accelerate AI agent adoption, we are establishing the security framework for how AI agents are secured and governed at enterprise scale.

We deliver full-lifecycle visibility, governance, detection, prevention, and response for AI agents from build time to runtime, across SaaS, home-grown platforms, and end-user devices. Backed by $55M+ in funding, including a $38M Series B with strategic investment from Microsoft’s M12, Zenity is trusted by Fortune 500 enterprises globally.

Join us in shaping how AI agents are secured at enterprise scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Build the Foundation: We are hiring rapidly across GTM roles. In your day-to-day, you will design and launch a repeatable, scalable onboarding program for AEs, SDRs, SEs, and broader GTM roles across regions.
  • Accelerate Ramp: Create structured learning paths that shorten time-to-productivity and increase early-stage pipeline impact.
  • Drive GTM Alignment: Partner tightly with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps to ensure onboarding reflects our evolving strategy and positioning.
  • Create High-Impact Learning: Blend live sessions, hands-on simulations, certifications, call reviews, and eLearning into a modern onboarding experience.
  • Measure What Matters: Define ramp KPIs. Build dashboards. Track impact. Iterate relentlessly.
  • Build Certifications & Assessments: Develop structured certification programs that reinforce product mastery and sales execution.
  • Facilitate & Inspire: Lead engaging onboarding sessions that build confidence, clarity, and connection from day one.
  • Continuously Improve: Zenity moves fast, you’ll ensure onboarding keeps up.
  • 5+ years in sales enablement, onboarding, or GTM learning roles in technology or cybersecurity.
  • Proven experience building scalable onboarding programs from the ground up, not just supporting or maintaining them.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve ramp metrics and drive measurable performance outcomes.
  • Experience designing blended learning and eLearning programs (Articulate, Rise, Lessonly, Captivate, or similar tools).
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing.
  • Familiarity with GTM systems such as Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and CRM/sales engagement platforms.
  • Ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes and comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
  • Exposure to AI, security, or emerging technologies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger, Command of the Message, etc.) is a plus.
