About the RoleWe're looking for a technical operator to own our in-house GTM Engineering strategy and infrastructure. As our first GTM Engineer, you'll be responsible for building, managing, and continuously optimizing our end-to-end outbound motion—from signal identification and data enrichment to personalized messaging and multi-channel campaign execution. You'll work directly with leaders across the Growth, Sales, and Sales Development teams to design and run experiments, scale what works, and build the systems that power our pipeline generation.
What You'll OwnOutbound Infrastructure: Manage and optimize our complete outbound tech stack, including Clay workflows, Smartlead campaigns, and enrichment tools. Ensure deliverability, data quality, and system performance.
Signal-Driven Workflows: Build sophisticated Clay tables that identify buying signals, enrich prospect data, and trigger personalized outreach sequences at scale.
Campaign Execution: Design and launch outbound campaigns with personalized messaging based on account-specific triggers and signals.
Growth Experimentation: Partner with Sales and Growth to design, execute, and analyze experiments testing new segments, messaging frameworks, and outreach strategies.
Tool Evaluation & Optimization: Continuously assess new tools and AI-driven solutions to improve conversion rates, efficiency, and campaign performance.

Proficiency with Clay: You've built complex, multi-step workflows that combine data enrichment, signal detection, and personalized outreach at scale
Hands-on experience with outbound email tools like Smartlead, Instantly, or similar platforms—you understand deliverability, warm-up strategies, and campaign optimization
Technical mindset: Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, data integrations, and automation tools. Bonus if you have light coding skills (Python, SQL, JavaScript)
Systems thinking: You naturally see how tools connect, where bottlenecks exist, and how to build efficient, scalable processes
Data-driven approach: You use analytics to guide decisions, measure impact, and iterate quickly on underperforming campaigns
Ownership mentality: You've built things from scratch and aren't afraid to get hands-on with the details
Curiosity about AI: You stay current on AI tools and actively explore how to leverage them for competitive advantage
