About the Team

Our team is composed of Architects, Product Owners, Analysts, and Developers who deliver flawless execution of end to end business process automation. The GTM Technology team owns the implementations and configuration of many business critical applications that will determine the long term success of Miro as an organization. We act as technology partners to all Business and GTM teams to ensure we build scalable solutions across the business. We pride ourselves on maximizing Miro's investment in tooling and maintaining the health of tools.

About the Role

As Miro's first GTM Engineer- you will be a pivotal operator within our Business Technology team, responsible for designing, building, and optimizing the systems that power our revenue engine. You will play a critical role in accelerating top-of-funnel demand generation for both our established product lines and our exciting new product launches. This role sits at the intersection of systems, data, and GTM strategy, requiring a unique blend of technical expertise and business acumen to drive scalable growth.

What you’ll do
  • Build GTM Systems: Design, develop, and implement robust, automated workflows and integrations across Miro's GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, Gong, Clay, Snowflake, Common Room, and more) to streamline lead qualification, account scoring, and pipeline generation
  • Drive New Product Go-To-Market: Assist in the technical implementation for new product launches, focusing on identifying and enabling sales processes for specific, unestablished personas through data-driven targeting and prioritized outreach
  • Optimize Demand Generation: Leverage data from various sources (internal and external, including Clay's enrichment) to enhance account scoring, refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for both new customer acquisition and existing customer expansion
  • Data Orchestration: Ensure seamless, high-quality data flow between critical GTM platforms and our data warehouse (Snowflake), transforming raw data into actionable insights with the assistance from sales and marketing teams
  • Automation & Efficiency: Assist with streamlining manual processes and bottlenecks within the GTM funnel and build scalable automation solutions using tools like Clay, Tray.io, and Zapier to improve efficiency and reduce operational overhead
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Product teams to understand their needs, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and assist in the adoption of new GTM capabilities
  • System Health & Governance: Maintain the health, security, and integrity of our GTM systems, proactively identifying issues, and ensuring compliance with data governance policies
What you’ll need
  • 2–5 years of experience across Sales (BDR/SDR, AE), GTM/Revenue Operations, or Sales/Business Systems, with a focus on automation and data orchestration
  • Skilled in end-to-end GTM process support, leveraging data for demand generation, ICP targeting, account scoring, and pipeline acceleration
  • Hands-on experience with GTM automation tools (e.g., Clay, Nooks, Cargo), Salesforce, and sales communication platforms (Outreach, Gong)
  • Experienced in integration and automation using iPaaS tools (Tray.io, Zapier) and APIs; familiar with AI/ML applications in GTM (lead scoring, personalization)
  • Proficient in analytics/reporting with the ability to build dashboards and performance insights
  • Strong problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and ownership mindset, with adaptability and analytical skills to align stakeholders on solutions
