Today, through our business customers across the country, millions of consumers use Qualia to close on homes every year.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

As Qualia embarks on the next phase of growth, we are seeking a GTM Engineer to build AI-powered systems that scale our go-to-market operations. The GTM Engineer will own end-to-end delivery of automation projects across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success—transforming how our teams work with data, make decisions, and engage with customers. The ideal candidate for this role thinks architecturally about automation infrastructure, values sustainable solutions over quick wins, and approaches automation with a "test small, scale smart" philosophy. You'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations leaders and analysts to understand their needs, identify high-impact opportunities, and build intelligent systems that enhance human decision-making. You will own individual projects from conception through production deployment—taking full accountability for technical design, implementation, testing, and ongoing reliability. The GTM Engineer will establish best practices for responsible automation that the broader organization can adopt and scale.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build scalable automation systems—from data enrichment and orchestration to customer intelligence pipelines—that connect customer, product, and engagement data into unified intelligence layers, driving better decisions
  • Design and implement automated workflows that augment team capabilities across prospecting, customer risk detection, sales coaching, and engagement optimization
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps teams to translate operational challenges into technical solutions that are both powerful and maintainable
  • Apply testing and monitoring frameworks that ensure automation works reliably, fails gracefully, and maintains data quality at scale
  • Serve as a technical expert on responsible automation, educating stakeholders on when automation adds value versus when human judgment is essential
  • Stay current on emerging GTM automation capabilities, AI tools, and data enrichment technologies to continuously improve what's possible for the organization
  • Document and share learnings so that successful patterns can be replicated and scaled across other teams and use cases
  • Collaborate with security and compliance stakeholders to ensure automation systems handle customer and prospect data responsibly
YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH
  • Prior experience implementing AI/ML solutions, particularly conversational AI and MCP integrations, and building AI-powered workflow automations for teams
  • 4+ years of experience in GTM operations, revenue analytics, revenue operations, sales operations, or related technical GTM roles with demonstrated progression in complexity and scope
  • Proven track record building scalable automation infrastructure that others can maintain—you think in terms of systems and patterns, not one-off solutions
  • Strong proficiency with Clay or similar data enrichment and orchestration platforms (Apollo, Clearbit, custom pipelines)—with a track record of building sophisticated workflows, conditional logic, integrations, and production-grade systems
  • Technical foundation in SQL for data analysis and Python for scripting and automation, or demonstrated ability to quickly develop these skills
  • Experience working with APIs—both directly and through workflow automation platforms like Zapier—to pull data from multiple sources into cohesive workflows
  • Passionate advocate for responsible automation who understands the difference between augmenting human judgment versus replacing it inappropriately
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
  • Detail-oriented approach to naming conventions, documentation, and architectural decisions that prioritize long-term sustainability over short-term speed
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data model and integration patterns (lookups, upserts, SOQL queries, deduplication strategies)
  • Exposure to Gong, Zendesk, Totango, or similar GTM platforms and their API capabilities is a plus
