Overview
SolarWinds is undergoing a significant transformation toward our cloud future. This pivotal moment requires a new team of expert technology strategists to deliver against our strategic vision. This role focuses on scaling AI-powered agents and automation tools to support the demand generation campaigns for our Observability, Service Management, and Database subscription portfolio.
Team & Reporting: This position is a key part of the GTM Technology team within Marketing Strategy & Operations. The GTM Tech team supports both Marketing and Sales by providing tools, enablement, and insights to manage the overall lead flow across inbound and outbound activities.
Core Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents, workflow automations, and orchestration patterns (prompts, chains, context packs) for GTM programs.
- Develop and maintain advanced Zapier Canvas, n8n, Make, or Trigger.dev automations supporting marketing and sales processes.
- Create retrieval and grounding integrations (Glean, Genie, product telemetry, transcripts, enrichment tools) ensuring agents operate with accurate, real-time context.
- Implement Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) approval workflows for risk-sensitive tasks.
- Build reusable modules, templates, and automation standards for enterprise-wide adoption.
- Design internal micro-tools (scrapers, enrichment engines, routing logic) using low-code/no-code or lightweight scripting.
Operations, Governance, and Reliability
- Establish scalable agent governance frameworks covering behavior controls, compliance, data provenance, and ethical use.
- Develop monitoring, observability, and troubleshooting systems for agent workflows: error tracking, retries, alerting, health checks, dead-letter queues.
- Ensure reliability across the GTM stack (Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, Qualified).
- Define and optimize KPIs for agent accuracy, resolution speed, impact, and ROI.
- Maintain documentation, version control, and deployment best practices.
GTM Strategy & Enablement
- Translate GTM programs into technical specifications, agent behaviors, workflow logic, and evaluation criteria.
- Partner with Demand Gen, Sales, IT, and Security to ensure deployments align with business priorities.
- Create training, documentation, and internal enablement for AI-powered GTM systems.
- Support evergreen nurture design, segmentation logic, and data-driven marketing strategies through automated systems.
Required Technical Qualifications
- 3–5 years experience in B2B marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or GTM Systems.
- Demonstrated proficiency in LLM prompt engineering, agent alignment, and AI failure-mode management.
- Ability to work with structured/unstructured datasets; strong preference for SQL proficiency.
- Experience with:
- CRM systems (Salesforce/SFDC required)
- Marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred)
- Automation platforms (Zapier Canvas, Make, n8n, Retool, Trigger.dev, Relevance AI)
- Agent platforms (Glean Agents, Google Agentspace, or similar)
- Ability to independently diagnose agent workflows, troubleshoot failures, and optimize outputs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in low-code/no-code engineering for GTM systems.
- Demonstrated ability to measure ROI and operational efficiency of automation initiatives.
