Extract http://Extract.to is a cutting-edge data movement company that helps businesses seamlessly extract and activate data to fuel business intelligence and decision-making. We’re passionate about enabling our clients to unlock the full potential of their data, and we’re building a foundational sales team of ambitious, innovative professionals ready to make a major impact.

Extract was born out of Singular, a next-generation attribution and analytics provider with a global footprint, over $50M in capital investment, and a strong customer base, including leading companies such as LinkedIn, Warner Bros., Electronic Arts, and Uber. We built a new growth engine in the data space -Extract. It focuses on helping companies move and activate data across their stack for analytics, BI, and downstream use cases. Our go-to-market approach is evolving. We are moving toward more precision, more signal-driven targeting, and stronger systems that support execution at scale.

We are looking for a GTM Engineer to build the infrastructure behind this motion.

The Role

This is a hands-on, technical GTM role responsible for building and operating our outbound engine. You will design and connect the systems that turn ICPs and account lists into a scalable, high-quality pipeline. This role sits at the intersection of data, systems, and outbound execution. The focus is not on campaigns. The focus is on building the engine that powers them.

What You Will Do
  • Build the outbound engine using Clay

    • Design and manage tables for ICP accounts, personas, and enrichment

    • Connect multiple data sources into usable datasets

    • Turn static account lists into dynamic, signal-driven targeting systems

  • Drive community and content distribution

    • Build and engage with relevant communities where target users spend time

    • Identify and activate channels such as LinkedIn, niche data communities, and operator groups

    • Support distribution of content to drive awareness and inbound interest

  • Support content and video production

    • Work with Marketing to translate product and use cases into simple, clear content

    • Contribute to lightweight content creation such as demos, explainers, and short videos

    • Help turn outbound learnings into content that scales messaging and engagement

  • Own data enrichment and signals

    • Integrate enrichment providers and external data sources

    • Layer in intent, behavioral, and trigger-based signals

    • Build scoring logic based on fit, timing, and engagement

  • Design outbound workflows and automation

    • Build workflows across CRM, sequencing tools, and automation platforms

    • Enable programmatic outbound with personalization at scale

    • Reduce manual SDR work while improving quality and consistency

  • Enable personalization at scale

    • Use structured data and AI tools to support relevant outbound messaging

    • Add account-level context to sequences

    • Support SDRs with research and execution

  • Own pipeline infrastructure

    • Define how accounts move from target to engaged to meeting to pipeline

    • Ensure clean routing, tracking, and prioritization

    • Support speed to lead and coordination between inbound and outbound

    • Run experiments and improve performance. Test data sources, signals, and workflows. Continuously iterate based on what drives meetings and the pipeline

  • Partner across GTM

    • Work closely with Demand Gen, SDRs, Sales, and Product Marketing

    • Align targeting, messaging inputs, and execution.

    • Act as the technical backbone of outbound and pipeline generation

Who You Are
  • You have experience as a GTM Engineer, Growth Engineer, RevOps Engineer, or a highly technical growth or operations role in B2B SaaS

  • You have hands-on experience with Clay or similar tools

  • You understand outbound and how the pipeline is actually generated

  • You think in systems and workflows, not just tasks

  • You are comfortable working across CRM, sequencing tools, enrichment platforms, and automation layers

  • You can work with APIs, integrations, or no-code tools

  • You have a strong sense of ownership and move quickly from idea to execution

What Success Looks Like
  • Within the first few months, you have built a working outbound engine powered by high-quality data

  • Account datasets are enriched, prioritized, and actively used by SDRs

  • Outbound is running in a structured and repeatable way

  • Pipeline generation is measurable and improving

  • There is clear visibility into what is working and what is not
