About Higgsfield

Higgsfield AI is the leading video AI company redefining synthetic media on socials. The company is entering its next stage of scale with $300M+ run-rate sales in just 12 months after launch, and a $130M Series A.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a highly commercial, product-minded GTM leader to help scale Higgsfield’s product-led growth motion across enterprise and strategic accounts. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Growth, and Revenue, helping convert product adoption into long-term commercial expansion.

You will work directly with customers to identify high-impact use cases, drive adoption, structure commercial engagements, and influence how Higgsfield scales its GTM motion. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires strong customer instincts, operational execution, and comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment.

We are looking for someone who understands how modern PLG companies grow — through product usage, customer engagement, and expansion — and who can bridge product adoption with revenue generation.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct-Led Commercial Growth
  • Own the commercial motion from initial customer engagement through expansion and close.

  • Partner closely with users and prospects already engaging with the product to drive activation, adoption, and enterprise conversion.

  • Identify high-value customer workflows and help integrate Higgsfield into existing creative, marketing, and content operations.

  • Work directly with customers to uncover expansion opportunities across teams, use cases, and revenue streams.

  • Structure pilots, proofs of concept, and commercial agreements that support long-term account growth.

Customer Engagement & Solutions
  • Lead customer discovery conversations to understand business needs, workflows, and success criteria.

  • Demo, prototype, and iterate with customers in real time using the product.

  • Translate complex AI capabilities into clear business value and ROI-driven narratives.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to founders, executives, creators, and operational stakeholders.

  • Support onboarding and early lifecycle engagement to improve customer retention and expansion opportunities.

GTM Process & Scale
  • Help shape and refine Higgsfield’s PLG and enterprise GTM motions as the company scales.

  • Surface customer feedback, usage patterns, and market insights back to Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams.

  • Identify friction points in the customer journey and help improve onboarding, activation, and expansion workflows.

  • Partner cross-functionally across Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Leadership to improve GTM efficiency and customer outcomes.

  • Bring operational structure to account management, customer prioritization, and revenue tracking.

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications
  • 3–7+ years of experience in GTM, sales, growth, solutions engineering, account management, or customer-facing commercial roles.

  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth within SaaS, PLG, or product-centric technology environments.

  • Experience converting product usage or inbound demand into commercial outcomes.

  • Comfort operating in highly product-driven or technical sales cycles.

  • Strong customer discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

  • Ability to communicate complex AI/GenAI products to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Highly operational and comfortable working cross-functionally in ambiguous, high-growth startup environments.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage customer data, usage signals, and metrics to prioritize opportunities.

  • Ability to build trust quickly and operate autonomously with minimal oversight.

  • Familiarity with AI tooling, automation workflows, or creator-focused platforms.

  • Exposure to enterprise sales motions layered on top of PLG distribution.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact and growth.

In addition to a competitive commission plan, the anticipated salary range for this role is $110,000 – $125,000, depending on experience, skills, and location.

In addition to cash compensation, we offer equity and a benefits package to support you both professionally and personally.

Higgsfield AI is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.
