Where multiple locations are listed for this role, the position may be based in any of those locations, with priority determined according to the order of listing.

Leads are arriving faster than we can route them, and the systems that should catch them are still being built. This role is for someone who sees a messy funnel and wants to fix the plumbing.

You'll own the operational layer underneath our go-to-market motion: how leads get captured, scored, routed, and measured. It's not glamorous work, but done well it's the difference between a pipeline that compounds and one that leaks.

What you'll do
  • Own inbound lead flow: capture, deduplicate, enrich, and route leads so nothing falls through

  • Build and maintain lead scoring and segmentation rules, then refine them as we learn what converts

  • Keep our CRM and GTM tooling clean and trustworthy, since every downstream decision depends on it

  • Build the funnel reporting the team actually reads: weekly conversion, stage drop-off, and channel efficiency

  • Automate repetitive GTM work using no-code tools and light scripting

  • Instrument outbound sequences and campaigns so results can be measured and compared

  • Turn one-off manual tasks into reusable systems that keep working after you've moved on

You might be a fit if
  • You're pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience

  • You've worked with CRM, automation, or analytics tooling, whether HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, Airtable, or similar

  • You're comfortable with spreadsheets at a serious level, and you know some SQL or Python or want to learn

  • You think in systems: you'd rather build the process once than do the task ten times

  • You're data-informed and understand the basics of funnels and attribution

  • You're detail-oriented, because bad data quietly breaks everything downstream

Bonus: experience building dashboards, or prior ops work at a startup
