The GTM Lead will support enterprise deals, manage a pipeline, build a modern GTM machine using AI, and document processes in a playbook.
The summary above was generated by AI

We're building the missing evaluation layer for hiring: structured, evidence-based interviews that are AI-assisted and human-decided. We work with publicly listed companies and global startups, backed by top-tier VCs. Founded by a two-time exited founder.

The Role

We’re looking for our first GTM hire. You're coming in to support that motion, amplify it, and learn it from the inside. Over time, as you earn the room and the playbook takes shape, you'll take on more and eventually own it.

You'll work alongside the CEO and our Head of Talent & Product Strategy on every active deal. Your job is to make the founding team faster and more leveraged today; and to be the person ready to run this tomorrow.

What you'll do
  • Support active deals end-to-end. Real enterprise ACVs with buying committees and procurement. Discovery prep, demo follow-up, account research, security review coordination, contract logistics, next-step orchestration. You'll be in every room.

  • Build a modern GTM machine on top of AI. Clay enrichment, signal-based outbound, deal intelligence, AI-drafted follow-ups, agents that pre-qualify. You should run a one-person operation that punches like a team of five.

  • Own a pipeline of 30–50 active opportunities. CRM hygiene, forecasting, account plans — you build it because nobody else will.

  • Run outbound. Sequences, account lists, ABM-light motions. You don't need to be a copywriter, but you need to write a cold email that opens.

  • Document everything into a playbook. Discovery questions, objection handling, demo flow, ICP definition. The playbook is how you eventually take it over.

Who you are
  • You spent the last 2–4 years inside an AI or vertical SaaS company going from early traction to real scale. You weren't running GTM, but you were in the room. You watched the playbook get built, saw deals close, and now you want to do it yourself.

  • You've worked enterprise deals in some capacity: SDR, BDR, AE, solutions, CS, or chief of staff. You've seen security reviews and procurement up close. You're not scared of the complexity; you're attracted to it.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish — a real plus given our team and early customers.

  • You're genuinely proficient with AI. You have a stack. You build agents. You chain tools together. You've replaced hours with minutes. The frontier moves every week and you move with it. This is a hard requirement.

  • You write in a way that changes how people think about a problem. Cold emails, follow-ups, customer-facing docs… you don't need a marketer to make your outbound work.

  • You have pirate-like tendencies. Tiny budget, outsized result. You see angles others miss.

  • Bonus points: HR Tech, recruiting, or workforce experience. Operator background (recruiter, sourcer, in-house talent).

Practicalities

Location: Bay Area, CA is preferred

Modality: Hybrid

You’ll report to: CEO

Compensation: Competitive Bay Area pre-seed package. Meaningful founding equity. Health, dental, and vision allowance.
