Who is Eleos Health?

Today, more people than ever are speaking publicly about their mental health. Whether it's ourselves, our friends and family or even public figures, taking care of your behavioral health is no longer a taboo, it's vital, and it's only human.
Eleos is on a mission to help deliver the world's most effective behavioral care through data, measurement, and personalization. Or simply put, we want to give clinicians the support they need to do the important work only they can do.

What is this opportunity?

We are looking for a GTM Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. This role owns the analytics engine behind our Sales organization — building the dashboards, running the analysis, and ensuring the data our revenue leaders rely on is accurate, aligned, and decision-ready. You'll work closely with Sales leadership, the Revenue Operations Manager, Finance, and Data to surface leading indicators and turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insight. This is a fully remote-eligible position.

Who are you?

You are someone who finds genuine satisfaction in getting the numbers right — not just pulling a report, but tracing a discrepancy back to its source and fixing it for good. You are comfortable living in Salesforce, writing SQL, and building dashboards in Superset or Tableau without needing someone to set the infrastructure up for you. You're the kind of analyst who doesn't wait to be asked if something looks off — you notice it, investigate it, and bring a clean answer back to the people who need it. You thrive in lean, high-trust environments where your work directly shapes how leadership runs the business, and you take pride in being the person everyone trusts when the numbers are in question.

How will you contribute?

  • Build and maintain the dashboards revenue leaders rely on for pipeline health, stage conversion, win rates, attainment distribution, and forecast performance — ensuring every metric traces cleanly to Salesforce source data
  • Dive deep into opportunity data, stage progression, forecast categories, and activity trends to identify data quality gaps and drive ongoing improvements to reporting accuracy
  • Analyze velocity, ramp progression, coverage ratios, and cohort performance to surface risks in pipeline quality and seller productivity before they show up in attainment
  • Prepare performance summaries for weekly forecast reviews and support quarterly planning cycles with clear trend analysis and variance insights
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies across Salesforce, Superset, and Tableau — partnering with Finance to troubleshoot logic and maintain clean documentation of metric definitions and dashboard logic

What qualifications and skills will help you be successful?

  • 2–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or GTM Analytics within a SaaS environment
  • Hands-on experience building dashboards in Superset and Tableau
  • Direct experience working with Salesforce data — navigating opportunity records, stage progressions, and forecast categories independently
  • SQL proficiency, with the ability to write and validate queries without support
  • Sharp analytical mindset with genuine curiosity about what drives performance and the persistence to dig into complex datasets
  • Deep commitment to data accuracy and a track record of proactively identifying and resolving reporting inconsistencies

Some nice-to-haves:

  • Experience reconciling data across multiple systems (e.g., CRM, BI tools, Finance models)
  • Familiarity with leading indicator frameworks — velocity, coverage ratios, cohort analysis
  • Background in behavioral health, healthcare SaaS, or other mission-driven verticals

This is a unique opportunity to join a startup that has a meaningful impact on thousands' well-being and mental health.
We have

  • A product that positively impacts people's lives every single day.
  • A team of amazing people with a shared vision and the infinite drive to make it happen
  • The base pay range for this position is $120,000-140,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on several factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, length of service, and geographic location.
  • In addition to your compensation, we offer wide and generous health benefits, significant equity and 401(k) plans matched to 4%
  • Flexible PTO + Additional mental health days off you can take any given moment simply because you need them.
  • Fully remote work environment
  • Opportunity to build, grow, and become highly instrumental in shaping how technology can increase the effectiveness of therapy.
