We are looking for a GTM Operations Lead to join our team and take ownership of Business Development Operations and Marketing Operations.This role is highly cross-functional, working closely with Sales Development and Marketing teams to optimize go-to-market processes, implement tools, and drive operational excellence. You will be responsible for improving workflows, integrating and leveraging AI-based tools, and ensuring data quality and measurement across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage Business Development Operations and Marketing Operations processes.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to support GTM execution.
  • Drive operational efficiency by implementing and optimizing tools including Clay and other AI-based solutions.
  • Analyze processes and design scalable solutions to improve team effectiveness.
  • Ensure high standards of data quality and implement strong measurement frameworks.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations / Marketing Operations
  • Proven background in B2B SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience with Clay – must.
  • Strong technical and analytical skill set with proven ability to optimize and own Sales/Marketing Ops tools and AI-based platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Fast learner, with the ability to adopt and master new systems, and turn complex workflows into clear and efficient solutions.
  • Highly independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
