About groundcover

We’re not here to blend in - we’re here to change how observability works.

groundcover has built a radically different approach to cloud-native observability that competitors can’t match. We’re a fast-growing Series B startup delivering the most modern, developer-first observability platform for cloud-native environments. Unlike legacy tools that are heavy, costly, and complex, our solution is lightweight, instantly deployable, and built for today’s AI-driven world.

As our GTM Operations & Programs Coordinator, you’ll own the systems, workflows, and execution support that keep revenue marketing running smoothly end to end: from campaign setup and lifecycle automation to lead routing, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. Join a team that’s redefining the category and shaping how engineers everywhere understand and optimize their systems.

This is a hybrid role in San Francisco (3 days a week).

  • Build and maintain GTM automation connecting campaigns to pipeline and revenue
  • Manage lead routing and handoff from marketing to sales
  • Support campaign, lifecycle, event, and partner program execution
  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables across marketing, sales, and partners
  • Maintain dashboards and deliver weekly GTM performance reporting
  • Document and improve GTM processes and workflows
  • Use automation and AI tools to reduce manual work and improve data quality
Requirements

Must-Haves

  • 2–4 years experience in marketing ops, GTM ops, or program coordination
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience (Marketing Hub required)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing and sales
  • High attention to detail and data quality
