Who We Are

Hyperbolic Labs is on a mission to democratize AI by breaking down the barriers to computing power with our Open-Access AI Cloud. By making better use of idle computing resources across the globe, we offer an innovative GPU marketplace and AI inference service that promise affordability and accessibility for all. As pioneers at the intersection of AI and open-source technology, we believe in an open future where AI innovation is limited only by imagination, not by access to resources. We're looking for forward-thinking individuals who share our passion for making AI universally accessible, secure, and affordable. Join us in building a platform that empowers innovators everywhere to turn their visionary AI projects into reality.

About the Role

Hyperbolic builds GPU infrastructure for teams training models and serving those models at production scale. Today one person holds together everything that makes a deal actually close: contract tracking, quote prep, CRM hygiene, customer follow-up, support routing, invoicing coordination, meeting prep. This role takes all of it. It's a rare seat as this one sits at the center of a small, fast-moving GTM team, with direct visibility into real contracts, real customers, and the CEO. You'll see how a revenue org actually works from the inside.

Two paths open up from here: move into closing deals, or build out the operations function itself, either path is earned by doing this job well.

Who You Are

  • Track contracts. Status, signatures, updates, what is stuck.

  • Prep quotes and order forms.

  • Fluency in Hubspot is preferred.

  • Own CRM data quality. Deals, contacts, companies, stages, close dates.

  • Respond to customers and follow up until things are closed.

  • Monitor support issues, route to the right engineer, and track to resolution.

  • Coordinate invoicing with finance.

  • Prep for customer meetings.

  • 0 to 3 years of experience; strong new grads are in scope.

  • Follow-through — nothing sits for three days.

  • Fluent with AI tools. If your instinct when handed a repetitive task is to automate it, this is your job.

  • Comfortable in a CRM, or obviously able to get comfortable fast.

  • You ask when you don't know. You do not guess on a customer contract.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales ops, revenue ops, deal desk, or business ops experience — a plus, not a requirement.

  • Familiarity with linear, quickbooks, hex, slack, claude, notion.

Hyperbolic is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
