The Role

Higgsfield AI is seeking a GTM Recruiter to help build one of the highest-performing commercial organizations in AI.

This is a full-cycle recruiting role focused on hiring exceptional go-to-market talent across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Revenue Operations. You'll partner directly with executives and hiring managers to identify, engage, and close world-class talent while helping scale recruiting processes that keep pace with one of the fastest-growing companies in the world.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving environments, is highly proactive, has exceptional sourcing skills, and knows how to identify and attract top-performing commercial talent.

What You'll Do

Own Full-Cycle Recruiting

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles from kickoff through offer acceptance.

  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and ideal candidate profiles.

  • Manage interview processes that deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

  • Drive offer negotiations and successfully close top talent.

Build Exceptional Talent Pipelines

  • Proactively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and creative outreach strategies.

  • Build and maintain strong pipelines across Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Marketing, and Solutions Engineering.

  • Develop long-term relationships with high-performing commercial professionals.

  • Continuously identify new talent communities and sourcing channels.

Partner with Business Leaders

  • Serve as a trusted recruiting advisor to executives and hiring managers.

  • Provide market intelligence, compensation insights, and hiring recommendations.

  • Influence hiring decisions using data and candidate market trends.

  • Help leaders move quickly while maintaining a high hiring bar.

Improve Recruiting Operations

  • Continuously improve recruiting processes, interview quality, and candidate experience.

  • Maintain accurate recruiting data and pipeline reporting.

  • Partner with HR, Legal, Finance, and Operations throughout the hiring process.

  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives that strengthen Higgsfield's talent market presence.

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on GTM hiring.

  • Demonstrated success recruiting high-performing enterprise sales and commercial talent.

  • Strong sourcing experience with a track record of building passive candidate pipelines.

  • Experience hiring Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Revenue Operations, or related commercial roles.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple searches in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Experience using Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS platforms.

  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools.

  • Experience recruiting for venture-backed startups or high-growth technology companies.

  • Familiarity with AI, SaaS, enterprise software, MarTech, AdTech, or related industries is preferred.

Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $130,000 - $190,000, depending on experience, skills, scope, and location.

This is a hybrid role based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Team members are expected to work from our San Francisco office three full days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely and are expected to be available during agreed working hours and to maintain sufficient overlap with the relevant team’s time zone. We value in-person collaboration, active communication, responsiveness, and close partnership across teams.
