About Contoro Robotics
Contoro Robotics is building AI-powered robotic systems to automate some of the most labor-intensive workflows in logistics and warehousing. Our technology is deployed in real operating environments with leading logistics, retail, and supply chain customers. As we scale, we are looking for a GTM Strategy Intern to support key initiatives across market analysis, customer discovery, pipeline development, and commercial strategy.
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical and motivated GTM Strategy Intern to support Contoro’s go-to-market and business strategy efforts. This role will work closely with the business and leadership teams to help refine how we identify, prioritize, and engage customers as we scale deployments across the logistics and warehouse automation market.
The ideal candidate is curious, structured, and comfortable working on ambiguous business problems. This is a strong opportunity for someone interested in startups, robotics, supply chain, B2B sales strategy, market research, and commercial operations.
What You’ll Work On
You will support a mix of strategic and operational projects, including:
GTM Strategy & Pipeline Development
Support the team in refining Contoro’s go-to-market approach, including how we identify priority customer segments, evaluate market opportunities, and structure pipeline development.
ICP Definition & Customer Segmentation
Help define and refine ideal customer profiles by analyzing customer types, operational requirements, industry verticals, and deployment fit.
Market & Competitive Landscape Research
Conduct research on the broader logistics, warehousing, robotics, and automation landscape to identify trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and potential partnership opportunities.
Customer Requirement Discovery
Assist in developing frameworks to better understand customer pain points, operational workflows, buying criteria, and deployment requirements.
Pricing & Commercial Model Support
Support analysis related to pricing models, customer ROI, deployment economics, and commercial packaging.
Strategic Sales Enablement
Help build internal materials, research summaries, account prioritization frameworks, and other tools that support customer conversations and business development efforts.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who has:
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
Interest in startups, robotics, supply chain, logistics, or industrial automation
Ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings into clear recommendations
Comfort working with ambiguity and building structure from incomplete information
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to create polished internal materials
Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets, PowerPoint / Google Slides, and basic business research tools
Prior experience in consulting, startups, venture capital, investment banking, strategy, sales operations, or supply chain is a plus but not required
What You’ll Gain
