Bluepeak is seeking a strategic and commercially driven Director of Revenue Strategy & Go-To-Market to lead pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy across our Residential and Business segments. This is a high-impact leadership role at the center of Bluepeak's growth engine, owning the monetization architecture, product positioning, and go-to-market strategy that drive subscriber growth, ARPU, and revenue performance.

The ideal candidate is an experienced strategist who operates effectively at both the strategic and executional levels, translating market intelligence, competitive dynamics, and performance data into clear pricing decisions, compelling product offers, and integrated go-to-market plans. This role is accountable for shaping strategies that maximize customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value across the full customer lifecycle.

You will lead a high-performing team while partnering closely with Campaigns, Digital, Market Expansion, Product, and Sales to ensure strategies are effectively activated, aligned across channels, and deliver measurable business impact. This role also plays a critical part in monitoring performance, identifying opportunities and risks, and driving ongoing optimization to meet and exceed revenue targets.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead pricing, packaging, and promotional offer strategy across Residential and Business segments to drive subscriber growth, ARPU, and overall revenue performance
  • Define and lead go-to-market strategy for product launches, migrations, and promotional initiatives, including clear frameworks, briefs, and success metrics to guide cross-functional execution
  • Oversee product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks to ensure clear, differentiated, and customer-centric communication across all channels
  • Develop and evolve segmentation strategies to ensure offers and messaging are effectively targeted across consumer and commercial audiences
  • Leverage competitive intelligence, market and industry trends, and customer behavior insights to inform and continuously refine pricing, packaging, positioning, and promotional strategies
  • Proactively monitor performance across products, offers, and campaigns; identify opportunities and risks; and drive ongoing optimization to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Partner cross-functionally with Digital, Campaigns, Market Expansion, Product, and Sales to ensure strategies are aligned and effectively executed to deliver expected outcomes
  • Foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture with clear accountability and strong focus on results

Salary range: $129,000 - $170,000

What You Will Need:

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, revenue strategy, growth strategy, or go-to-market leadership
  • Proven track record in pricing, packaging, and offer development ideally within a subscription or service-based business
  • Deep expertise in translating business objectives into clear, actionable go-to-market strategies that set direction for teams to execute effectively across campaigns, launches, and channels
  • Strong understanding of consumer and business market dynamics, segmentation strategy, and competitive positioning
  • Experience managing and mentoring teams while driving cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, and senior leadership
  • Relentlessly data-driven with strong analytical expertise in performance analysis, and proven ability to translate insights into clear strategic recommendations and measurable business impact
  • Deep understanding of customer acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Background in telecommunications (preferred but not required).
  • Candidates must successfully pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
