We are seeking a Head of B2B, New Business Sales to scale and operationalize a high-performing outbound sales organization. You'll bring the structure, coaching, and operational rigor needed to transform early success into a repeatable, predictable revenue engine.

In this role, you will lead a high-performing team of Sales Directors and Account Executives responsible for accelerating StackAdapt's growth in the B2B marketing space. You'll establish repeatable sales processes, drive disciplined pipeline management and forecasting, and build a culture of accountability that consistently delivers results.

Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Enablement, and Product Marketing, you'll ensure the team is equipped with the insights, tools, and programs needed to generate predictable pipeline and convert opportunities into long-term customer relationships. As the commercial leader for our B2B new business organization, you'll also represent StackAdapt externally by partnering with industry leaders and speaking at events to strengthen our position as a trusted partner for B2B marketers.

This is a remote-first leadership role open to candidates across North America. You'll lead a diverse team that includes experienced enterprise sellers alongside high-potential emerging talent, creating an environment where coaching, performance, and career development are at the center of the team's success. Your mission is to evolve a fast-growing business into a repeatable, scalable revenue engine that powers StackAdapt's long-term growth.

The Impact (What you'll do)

Scale the Outbound Engine: Operationalize, optimize, and continuously improve a repeatable outbound sales process that consistently converts pipeline into revenue while enabling the team to exceed growth targets.

Establish Repeatable Playbooks: Develop and scale best practices that evolve the organization from high-volume prospecting toward high-quality, account-based selling and consistent execution across the sales funnel.

Coach and Elevate Talent: Lead, develop, and coach Sales Directors and Account Executives through disciplined pipeline reviews, accurate forecasting, and performance coaching to build a high-performing, accountable sales culture.

Drive the Marketing Partnership: Partner closely with Marketing to align outbound and inbound strategies, leverage intent data, improve lead quality, and build a predictable pipeline generation engine.

Represent StackAdapt Externally: Serve as a strategic voice for StackAdapt's B2B business by speaking at industry events, participating in panels and podcasts, and strengthening our market presence with enterprise marketers.

Leverage AI & Modern Sales Technology: Champion the use of AI-powered prospecting, workflow automation, and modern sales technologies to improve productivity, coaching, and pipeline generation while maintaining a consultative customer experience.

The Expertise (What you bring)

Proven Leadership in Net-New Sales: A successful track record of leading and scaling high-performing outbound B2B sales organizations with accountability for pipeline, forecasting, and revenue performance.

Deep B2B Marketing Expertise: Experience selling into B2B marketing organizations within SaaS, account-based marketing (ABM), demand generation, or adjacent MarTech environments, with a strong understanding of modern marketing personas.

Operational Sales Leadership: You bring a builder's mindset paired with operational discipline, thriving in environments where you establish repeatable processes, improve forecasting accuracy, and coach teams to consistently raise the bar.

AdTech & MarTech Experience: Experience selling across transactional and enterprise sales motions, with exposure to programmatic advertising, DSPs, B2B intent platforms, or adjacent marketing technology solutions preferred.

Data-Driven Sales Management: Deep familiarity with CRM reporting, pipeline analytics, forecasting, and intent platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase, or Bombora to measure performance and optimize sales execution.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Proven success partnering with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Enablement, and Product teams to align demand generation strategies, improve pipeline quality, and drive go-to-market execution.

Executive Presence: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent StackAdapt confidently with customers, partners, and at industry events.
