At Wildix, our mission is clear: Empower companies worldwide with seamless communication solutions that drive productivity, efficiency, and growth.

About The Role

As the Head of Marketing, you will be the strategic architect and operational leader of our regional marketing initiatives, driving business growth through robust partner ecosystems and end-user demand generation, and ensuring the recruitment of new Partners. You will lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing Channel Marketing team of 3 people, ensuring they successfully enable our partners to increase their Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and accelerate the sales pipeline. In this leadership role, you will bridge the gap between global marketing objectives and regional execution, fostering tight alignment with Sales, Product, and internal marketing centers of excellence (Events, Digital, Content).

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the strategic marketing partner to the Country Manager, aligning marketing investments, pipeline targets, and territory expansion with regional business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales (Channel Managers and Account Executives) to drive a unified "One Team" approach, ensuring marketing campaigns are synchronized with sales and partner acquisition efforts.
  • Define and lead the regional marketing strategy, guiding the Channel Marketing team in developing and executing annual territory plans aligned with Wildix's growth and MRR objectives.
  • Own the marketing strategy for new partner acquisition by defining the ideal partner profile, developing recruitment campaigns, and accelerating partner pipeline growth.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Channel Marketing team, providing strategic direction on partner enablement, co-marketing initiatives, and regional events.
  • Oversee regional lead generation and pipeline performance, ensuring effective lead management, qualification, and distribution to partners.
  • Act as the key marketing liaison with internal teams—including Events, Digital Marketing, and Content & Communications—to ensure consistent execution of regional campaigns and initiatives.
  • Own the regional marketing budget, optimizing investment allocation, maximizing ROI, and ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and present regional marketing performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategy and business impact.

What You Will Bring

  • 8+ years of progressive marketing experience in B2B Tech, SaaS, or UCaaS, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role managing marketing managers or regional teams.
  • Deep understanding of indirect sales models, partner enablement, and "through-partner" marketing strategies designed to drive MRR.
  • Proven track record of hiring, mentoring, and scaling high-performing marketing teams in a matrixed organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, track ROI, and optimize lead generation funnels.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build alignment across Sales, Product, and centralized Marketing teams.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce/Pardot for tracking lead lifecycles and campaign attribution.

Bonus Points If

  • You have previously scaled a channel marketing operation within a fast-growing tech scale-up.
