You and Your Role

As Head of Content and Brand, you own the voice, narrative, and public presence of Verisoul. You shape how the market understands our company, our product, and our leadership.

This is not a role focused on SEO churn or generic blog production. You define and execute Verisoul’s brand identity, founder voice, and storytelling strategy across channels.

You'll be a senior individual contributor with high leverage and ownership.

What You’ll Do:
  1. Own the Verisoul story. Define our voice and positioning across all content.

  2. Lead founder content. Manage the public presence of Verisoul’s founders and leadership.

  3. Explain complex products clearly. Write technical blogs, white papers, launches, and announcements.

  4. Create differentiation. Find new channels and narratives that make Verisoul stand out.

  5. Enable sales. Produce high impact decks, one pagers, and narrative assets for enterprise deals.

  6. Drive launches and adoption. Lead content for product launches and ongoing customer adoption.

What You’ll Bring:
  • 6+ years experience in content, brand, or narrative driven marketing.

  • Proven audience growth. You have built and grown an audience from zero.

  • Technical fluency. You can write about complex products with clarity.

  • Exceptional writing judgment. You can shift between founder voice, technical depth, and sales content.

  • Strong audience empathy. You understand who you are speaking to and why they care.

Who You’ll Work With:
  • Report to the Chief Strategy Officer

  • Work closely with the Founders to manage their public profiles and extract insights

  • Collaborate with sales and product to turn unique features into high quality selling decks

Compensation: $140-200K + Equity
  • Base Salary: $120,000-160,000

  • Variable Bonus: $15,000-30,000

  • 401K Match: 4% of compensation

  • Equity Grant: 0.05-0.2% with 4-year vesting
