Description

About the Position

Ox Security secures the AI-driven SDLC from prompt to production. We eliminate critical, real-time risks from AI code generation through cloud runtime by doing what conventional tools can't: unifying development and cloud context to stop vulnerabilities right at the source. At OX, we're building the future of cybersecurity for the AI era. If you're looking to work on disruptive technology with an amazing team, you belong here.

We're growing fast and looking for a Head of Creative Growth to make our brand impossible to ignore. This isn't a traditional Brand Director role, and it isn't a traditional Growth role - it sits at the intersection of brand, creativity, culture, and measurable growth.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you'll work closely with Brand, Growth, Product Marketing, Content, Sales, Product, and executive leadership, helping us create bold, on-brand ideas that generate attention, engagement, and business impact - from unexpected campaigns and experiences to events, partnerships, content, social moments, guerrilla activations, and entirely new formats.

If you're bold, culturally sharp, and commercially minded, and excited by the challenge of reinventing how a cybersecurity company shows up in the world, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute creative campaigns, experiences, events, stunts, partnerships, and cultural moments that bring our brand to life
  • Constantly look for unconventional ways to get attention - challenge the default B2B marketing playbook and bring ideas that make people say, "I haven't seen a security company do that before"
  • Own how people experience the brand beyond our website - at conferences, private events, dinners, community experiences, customer moments, and physical activations
  • Turn creative ideas into experiments - testing new channels, formats, partnerships, content concepts, and distribution strategies to grow awareness and demand
  • Take ideas from a sketch on a whiteboard through production, launch, distribution, and measurement - not just decks
  • Define success upfront and measure impact afterward - whether that's reach, engagement, audience growth, leads, pipeline, or revenue
  • Manage agencies, creative partners, production teams, freelancers, and external vendors, owning budget and investment decisions
Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience across brand, creative, integrated marketing, experiential marketing, growth, or related disciplines
  • Experience in B2B technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, or another fast-moving technology category
  • Proven track record of developing original campaigns and brand experiences that generated meaningful attention and engagement
  • Experience building campaigns across multiple channels - digital, social, content, events, partnerships, influencers, experiential, and physical activations
  • Strong ability to translate brand strategy into creative ideas and real-world experiences
  • Experience connecting brand and creative initiatives to measurable business outcomes
  • Comfortable owning budgets and making decisions about where creative investment has the greatest impact
  • Deep cultural awareness - familiarity with trends, communities, creators, and modern media consumption
  • Portfolio or examples of work demonstrating both creative ambition and measurable impac

Bonus Points For

  • Experience managing multiple agencies and production partners simultaneously
  • Background working in a high-growth or startup environment
