Requirements
3+ years in Business Development, Ecosystem, or GTM roles in crypto or Web3 infra or developer-facing tech.
Broad experience across EVM & Solana ecosystems.
You have worked at a leading DeFi protocol (Ideally top 30)
You are obsessed with growth and deliver incredible numbers through innovative partnerships.
Proven success building partnerships, leading cross-functional projects, and working with technical teams.
Excellent communication skills and comfort operating autonomously in fast-paced environments.
Passion for protocol infrastructure and the future of on-chain yield.
