About the Role

This role reports to SVP People and is responsible for shaping and leading the reward strategy of the organization to attract, retain, engage, and motivate employees, as well as advising business leaders on the best practices for total reward processes.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and lead the Company’s comprehensive strategy for Total Rewards using compelling and equitable compensation and benefits programs aimed at attracting and retaining world-class talent in a competitive environment and across multi-disciplines

  • Provide strategic direction, planning, and requirements to execute the design, implementation, communication, and administration of the company's compensation programs; including annual short- and long-term incentives, health and welfare benefits, retirement plans executive compensation

  • Manage relationships with benefits brokers, oversee the design, communication, and administration of employee benefit programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other perks.

  • Lead a Total Rewards team to manage benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance and evaluate current benefit offerings and recommend improvements to align with needs and market trends

  • Ensure alignment with Socure’s principles, roadmap and compliance with legal and regulatory standards

  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of our rewards programs to ensure they are aligned with our business and talent strategies and monitor market trends to make recommendations for changes, as appropriate

  • Partner with commercial/market facing leaders to define the strategy and design of sales incentive compensation plans.

  • Collaborate with HR and executive leadership to ensure pay equity and fairness across the organization.

  • Oversee audits and reporting as needed for compensation and benefits programs

  • Champions a strong partnership with HRIS to define requirements, process guidance and continued enhancement and automation of compensation system modules and planning.

  • Provide C suite executives and board members with the ongoing management of Socure’s equity program and practices. This includes competitive positioning, geographic and functional differences, sustainability, and considerations for employee liquidity.

  • Manage year-end and mid-year compensation processes (including merit, promotions, equity, etc).

  • Conduct regular compensation benchmarking to ensure that salary structures, bonuses, and other incentives are competitive in the market.

  • Develop and deliver communication strategies to effectively educate employees about total rewards programs.

What You Bring
  • 10+ years of related work experience leading total rewards, expert technical knowledge within their functional area(s), and typically 7+ years management experience.

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Executive Compensation, Sales Compensation, Equity Programs, PreIPO Stage Companies, Market Benchmark Surveys and Benefits/Retirement Strategy.

  • Strong consultative skill sets and builder mentality to align total rewards with the business needs.

  • Experience in financial technology and global organizations preferred.

  • Experience in WorkDay Implementation, and Compensation Modules within WorkDay a plus.

  • Skills and competencies include direction setting, analytical translation, benefits and rewards, business advisory, co-creation of strategy, employee health and compensation programs.
