Our client is a category-defining Series B agentic AI company automating supply chain spend management for some of the world's largest enterprises. Its autonomous agents execute procurement, invoicing, and payment workflows rather than simply recommending actions. The company has raised $75M, reached $15M ARR last year, and is targeting $50M ARR this year with a team of about 120 people.

This is a foundational growth leadership role with direct access to the CEO and sales leadership. You will own performance marketing from strategy through hands-on execution, turn paid spend into measurable enterprise pipeline, and build the operating system for a function that can eventually support a small team.

What you'll do

• Own full-funnel performance strategy across LinkedIn, Google, industry publications, and account-based marketing platforms.

• Build attribution and reporting infrastructure connecting spend to MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, closed revenue, CAC, ROAS, and payback period.

• Run continuous experiments across creative, landing pages, offers, audiences, and channels.

• Design account-based programs for named Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 prospects.

• Stand up and maintain the martech stack across CRM, automation, analytics, and attribution tooling.

• Manage and forecast a seven-figure paid media budget with clear ROI reporting.

• Partner closely with sales on account selection, messaging, pipeline quality, and revenue outcomes.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of growth or performance marketing experience in enterprise B2B SaaS.

• A track record of building a growth or performance marketing function from scratch at an early-stage AI or SaaS company.

• Hands-on experience launching and optimizing paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, ABM platforms, and industry-specific channels.

• Experience managing seven-figure budgets with clear pipeline and revenue attribution.

• Strong command of 6sense or Demandbase, HubSpot or Marketo, Salesforce, and web analytics.

• The ability to move between strategy, campaign execution, data, tooling, and sales alignment without relying solely on agencies.

Bonus points

• Experience at a high-growth AI company selling to large enterprises.

• Familiarity marketing to procurement, supply chain, finance, or other complex operational buyers.

• Experience working with a category-creating product or building demand for a lesser-known enterprise brand.

• A strong academic background from a highly selective university.

Benefits

• $150K-$225K base salary, with potential flexibility for an exceptional candidate.

• $50K-$100K variable compensation, for total on-target earnings of $200K-$325K.

• Competitive equity.

• Remote-first work anywhere in the United States.

Travel to San Francisco is expected about once per month during the first three months, tapering to about once every two months. Candidates must already be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
