What we’re looking for:

Faye is seeking a highly experienced Head of Insurance Products to lead and scale our Insurance Operations function. This role will establish the operating model that underpins all insurance product development and launches - bringing structure, predictability, and accountability to a rapidly evolving environment.

As a key cross-functional leader, you will own the end-to-end insurance operations strategy, ensuring alignment across Product, Partnerships, and Underwriting, and enabling the business to execute efficiently at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve the operating model for insurance product development and launches
  • Build scalable, repeatable processes that enable efficient execution across teams
  • Ensure disciplined execution against timelines, dependencies, and launch readiness
  • Serve as the primary point of coordination with underwriters on product scope, requirements, and timing
  • Establish and enforce clear documentation and operational standards
  • Design and implement a structured QA framework for insurance products
  • Identify gaps, reduce operational risk, and continuously improve systems and workflows
Requirements
  • 10+ years in insurance, with deep experience in travel insurance
  • Proven leadership in building and scaling operational functions or programs
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management experience
  • Experience working closely with underwriters and external partners
  • Highly structured thinker with strong operational and program management discipline
