We are looking for a Head of Marketing.

Your main tasks will be:

    • Own product marketing strategy for a dedicated B2C product: segmentation, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market.
    • Align and lead a cross-functional squad (UA, CRM, creative, analytics, landing pages, product) to drive growth initiatives.
    • Improve the full funnel performance: acquisition → onboarding → activation → retention → monetisation (LTV-focused).
    • Run market and competitor research, turning insights into clear growth hypotheses and experiments.
    • Track impact via KPIs and business metrics (EI / Revenue), ensuring measurable results.

    We expect from you:

    • 5-7+ years in Senior Product Marketing / Growth / Marketing Lead roles for B2C digital product.
    • Proven track record of moving business metrics (revenue, conversion, retention, LTV).
    • Strong expertise in segmentation, positioning, and messaging frameworks.
    • Solid understanding of performance marketing fundamentals (Google/Meta/TikTok) + funnel optimisation (A/B testing, CRO).
    • Strong leadership and stakeholder management in a cross-functional / matrix environment.

This can be spent on self-purchase of health insurance or on doctor’s fees for yourself and close relatives (spouse, children);
    • Workplace organization. The company provides all employees with an equipped workplace and all the necessary equipment (table, armchair, wifi, etc.) in our offices or co-working locations. In the other locations, the company provides reimbursement of workplace costs up to $ 1000 gross once every 3 years, according to the paychecks. This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
