About The Role
  • This is a unique opportunity to help build the North American market from the ground up.

  • You will serve as BLP's local marketing lead, working closely with sales, partnerships, product marketing, content, and leadership teams across Europe and North America.

  • The role combines elements of partner marketing, field marketing, content creation, customer advocacy, and market development. One day you may be organizing an executive dinner with strategic partners, the next interviewing customers at an industry event or creating content that helps establish BLP's voice in the market.

  • This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building, creating, and executing while helping shape strategy and market presence.

What You'll DoBuild Market Presence
  • Help establish and grow BLP's visibility and reputation across North America

  • Build relationships with customers, prospects, analysts, industry communities, and influencers

  • Act as the voice of the market by bringing customer insights, competitive

  • intelligence, and regional trends back into the organization

  • Support regional go-to-market initiatives and strategic growth priorities

Drive Partner Marketing
  • Develop and execute co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners

  • Support joint events, webinars, customer stories, campaigns, and thought leadership programs

  • Build strong relationships with partner marketing and alliance teams

  • Help expand awareness and pipeline through partner ecosystems

Lead Regional Events and Programs
  • Plan and execute executive dinners, roundtables, customer events, webinars, and industry conferences

  • Support BLP's presence at key ERP, AI, finance, procurement, and enterprise technology events

  • Work closely with sales teams to maximize engagement and pipeline opportunities before, during, and after events

  • Manage regional event budgets, logistics, vendors, and follow-up activities

Create Local Content and Customer Stories
  • Develop and adapt content for North American audiences

  • Interview customers, partners, executives, and industry experts

  • Capture content at events and customer engagements

  • Create customer stories, social media content, event recaps, blogs, videos, and thought leadership assets

  • Help strengthen BLP's voice and visibility in the market

What We're Looking For
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing

  • Experience in regional marketing, field marketing, partner marketing, integrated marketing, or related roles

  • Proven ability to build and execute marketing programs in close partnership with sales teams

  • Strong content creation and storytelling skills

  • Experience creating customer-facing content and capturing customer success stories

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment

  • Willingness to travel across North America as needed, with occasional travel to Europe.

Ideal Experience
  • Experience working for a European or international technology company expanding in North America

  • Experience serving as part of a globally distributed marketing team

  • Ability to represent regional market needs while maintaining alignment with global brand and go-to-market priorities

  • Experience adapting global campaigns and messaging for local market relevance

  • Experience working independently as the primary marketing resource within a region

  • Familiarity with enterprise software, ERP, automation, AI, SaaS, or business applications

  • Experience supporting executive audiences including CFOs, CIOs, COOs, and transformation leaders
