  • Collaborate closely with Sales Leadership and BDRs to improve conversion rates and ensure clear accountability across the funnel.
  • Continuously optimize lifecycle stages and transitions to support pipeline efficiency.
Web Operations & Development
  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and operational processes for Torq’s website in partnership with an in-house Web Developer.
  • Oversee website experimentation, conversion-rate optimization (CRO), performance, and technical SEO health.
  • Ensure the website integrates seamlessly with analytics, tracking, and personalization systems.
Attribution, Insights & Performance Rigor
  • Build a multi-touch attribution framework and provide actionable insights to guide investments.
  • Publish monthly marketing performance narratives, including trends, bottlenecks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
  • Partner with Growth, Revenue Ops, and Finance to support quarterly planning and forecasting.

  • Strong technical understanding of MAPs (Marketo/HubSpot), CRM (Salesforce), CDPs, BI tools, routing/scoring systems, and web analytics.
  • Deep experience with lead lifecycle frameworks and funnel optimization.
  • Strong analytical mindset with mastery in dashboarding, reporting, and actionable insights.
  • Experience supporting high-growth teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Collaborative leader with excellent communication and cross-functional alignment skills.
