About this opportunity:
As the company that created the mobile world, Ericsson continues to shape the future of connectivity and digital business. We are looking for a Head of OSS/BSS Core Commerce, a senior leadership role responsible for defining and driving the strategy, growth, delivery, and people agenda for Ericsson's Core Commerce portfolio across strategic customers and accounts.
This role plays a critical part in helping Communication Service Providers (CSPs) monetize differentiated connectivity, unlock ecosystem-driven revenue, accelerate offer creation, and deliver personalized, zero touch digital journeys across channels.
The Head of OSS/BSS Core Commerce owns end to end accountability for strategy, sales, delivery, and portfolio execution of Ericsson's Core Commerce solutions. The role bridges business strategy, product innovation, and execution, enabling CSPs to launch new business models, improve customer experience, and achieve operational efficiency at scale.
What you will do:
  • Own revenue growth, margin performance, and pipeline development for the Core Commerce portfolio across assigned strategic accounts.
  • Define and execute the Core Commerce portfolio strategy within the market area, aligned with customer priorities, market demand, and Ericsson's overall business objectives.
  • Lead complex consultative selling, shaping customer vision around monetization, digital experience, CPQ, and ecosystem business models.
  • Drive upsell and cross sell opportunities across Core Commerce, and Digital Experience domains, using catalog, order care and customer experience product and services portfolio.
  • Partner with product and portfolio teams to influence roadmap prioritization, innovation themes, and differentiation.
  • Lead end to end delivery accountability from presales through implementation and lifecycle management, ensuring scope, cost, quality, and schedule adherence.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through trusted executive level relationships and predictable delivery.
  • Drive operational efficiency through catalog driven, zero touch order handling and automation led delivery models.
  • Lead complex deal structuring and commercial negotiations, ensuring value creation for both customers and Ericsson.
  • Serve as a senior people leader, managing and developing high performing teams of solution architects, delivery leads, and domain experts.
  • Establish strong governance, transparency, and performance management through regular reporting, dashboards, and stakeholder communication.
  • Leverage and contribute to global and regional best practices, delivery frameworks, and reusable assets.

The skills you bring:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Core Commerce, Digital Experience, CPQ, monetization platforms, and other adjacent OSS/BSS domains.
  • Proven leadership experience managing senior, cross functional teams in a complex matrix organization.
  • Strong understanding of CSP monetization, digital journeys, ecosystem business models, and competitive market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at C level, influencing customer strategy and leading executive discussions.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in large, complex deals and value based selling.
  • Experience with AI driven, catalog centric, and automation led delivery models.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • A collaborative, decisive leadership style with the ability to perform under pressure and manage complex escalations.
