As a Head of Partnerships North America, you will play a key role in expanding and strengthening Yuno’s global ecosystem of payment providers, financial institutions, and technology partners.
• High-Value Partner Portfolio: Source, negotiate, and manage strategic alliances with payment providers, fintechs, banks, PSPs, platforms, consultancies, and technology partners
• Growth Acceleration: Structure partnerships that drive adoption, revenue growth, and expand Yuno’s footprint in existing and new markets
• Revenue-Driven Partnerships: Build partnerships that directly drive revenue through co-selling, integrations, and referrals.
• Primary Relationship Owner: Act as the lead contact for strategic partners, ensuring alignment, performance, and long-term value on both sides.
• Partner Enablement: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to create partner enablement materials, GTM plays, and co-marketing efforts.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure partnerships deliver measurable results
• Market Influence: Represent Yuno at industry events to strengthen our thought leadership in US and global payments
• Scalability & Metrics: Define success metrics and operational workflows to make partnerships scalable, repeatable, and impactful
• Own and set strategy for North America and potentially neighboring countries (i.e. Mexico)
• Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnership opportunities aligned with Yuno’s business goals.
• Build and maintain strong partner relationships to drive new business opportunities and increase mutual value.
• Assist in negotiating and structuring partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with internal policies, pricing strategy, and performance expectations.
• Monitor partnership KPIs and performance, delivering data-driven insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Lead and coordinate partner-focused initiatives such as co-branded events, PR campaigns, and ecosystem engagement strategies.
• Ensure our partners are equally promoting Yuno across their channels and networks.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to maximize the impact of each partnership.
Skills You Need
Minimum Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience in Partnerships or related fields.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing strategic external stakeholders.
• Understanding of payment ecosystems (PSPs, acquirers, orchestration).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate partnership performance and business cases.
• Proven AI user in your day to day with clear examples
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or high-growth technology companies.
• Experience expanding into new markets or regions and leading G2M with partners.
• Ability to operate autonomously in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution.
• Leadership experience in managing a team or mentorship.
• Strong prioritization skills with the ability to focus on high-impact initiatives and effectively manage competing demands
• Fluency in Spanish is a Plus.
